Η ιδιοκτησία βρίσκεται μέσα σε χωράφι 6 στρεμμάτων γεμάτο με ελαιόδενδρα. Το σπίτι κτίστηκε το 2006, στα πρότυπα της κεφαλονίτικης παράδοσης. Είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα σύγχρονα αξεσουάρ , πλυντήριο πιάτων και ρούχων. Εξωτερικά μπορείς να χαλαρώσεις, σε μεγάλη ταράτσα σε πολυθρόνες ή σε ξαπλώστρες κάτω από δένδρα.. Περπατώντας 7΄, βρίσκεις την παραλία Κουνόπετρα , επίσης κοντά, 1,2 km , βρίσκονται άλλες παραλίες, τα Βάτσα, το Βραχινάρι και με αυτοκίνητο το Ξι και ο Μέγας Λάκος.

We have 1 kayak for 2 people and 6 standup paddles that you can use for free. It is ideal for exploring the famous blue caves. You might even see a seal or a turtle. The port of Agios Nikolaos is only 5 min walk. There are 2 beaches, some restaurants and traditional tavernas, mini-markets, bars.
