The property is 20 minutes away by bus from Positano, making it a non-touristy area to stay. The surroundings are calm and peaceful, you can sit outside and chill with your friends and family.

This is an amazing spot. Lovely. Smells like florals. So incredibly nice. Our host was so kind. A wonderful breakfast and she even drove us to the bus stops etc. we loved staying here!! 10/10 would recommend.

As pictured - magical setting with the most wonderful hosts. We traveled with my parents and two young kids- from accommodating our check in time to gifting our little children the most adorable home made teddy bears- Yolanda and Martino are gracious individuals and we are greatful to have met them. Beautiful views from the bedrooms and terrace. Georgeous gardens. Great storage . Wonderful retreat after busy days. You need a car. Two restaurants within a half mile (but not ideal to walk) that we enjoyed - la panoramica and Ortiga restaurant and wine bar. Two totally different experiences - wonderful owners at each. Grocery less than 5 minutes away.

This trip to Italy is our first experience with Airbnb; if every host is like Antonio, then there's little need to look elsewhere for accommodations. Antonio picked us up at the train station, which saved us a lot of time, money and hassle. His villa is clean and spacious, matching the photos exactly. He also gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and excursions, including for a boat trip to Capri. He even made us bread and pizza from his wood fired oven! The house is in a village up in the hills from Sorrento. It can take some planning to get to the city, though the village runs its own shuttle service. The village has several very good restaurants within easy walking distance, as well as a small grocery. The views from there are amazing. We also lucked out with the weather. If you are thinking of staying in Sorrento for vacation, I highly recommend Antonio's house.
