I had an amazing 5-day stay at SIXONN By Fluent in Sea Point. The apartment was beautifully designed with a modern, minimalist feel and thoughtful touches throughout. I loved the natural light, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen, and the smart TV for relaxing in the evenings. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Sea Point Promenade, great coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. The regular cleaning service during my stay was such a bonus and kept everything fresh and tidy. Communication with the hosts was seamless and professional. I’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town!

Great place to stay if want some peace and quiet, lovely view of the ocean and Table mountain. Lovely clean and modern apartment, will most certainly stay here again.

Loved everything about Julie’s place. Beautiful apartment with a sea view. Perfect location with nice restaurants. The host is a very nice person. They went out of their way to get my baby a feeding chair. I have never experienced such kindness in all the places I have booked through Airbnb. And also not forgetting the security at the complex, so friendly and always checking if we are all safe. We really enjoyed our holiday. Thank you so much.

We had a fantastic time staying at Andrew's place! The apartment was beautifully, and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything I needed. I did encounter a few issues on arrival but they were resolved swiftly and the communication throughout was perfect. Andrew and Lauren were very accommodating. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We had a wonderful stay, absolutely nothing to complain about. The flat is a few metres from the sea, with the most beautiful view from the beach. Everything we needed was provided, i.e. kitchen appliances, wifi, towels, security, comfortable beds, etc. I highly recommend!

A hidden gem! Amazing views out to the ocean and easy access to the beach. We loved our stay and will book again. Not an issue for us but there are lots of steps from the road down to the property which might be trouble if you are less mobile.

We stayed at this lovely place for two weeks and felt at home immediately. Very spacious and cozy 2-bdr/2bath with spectacular views and sounds of the ocean just across the road from the beach. Very convenient underground parking; supermarkets, stores, restaurants either in walking distance (or easy 5min drive). Cape Town only 30min away. James and his family were the most wonderful hosts we've ever had, extremely friendly and helpful at all times. We'll definitely be back soon! Thank you so much for these unforgettable memories.

BEAUTIFUL AND LUXURIOUS! Our family was very impressed with this home. Very modern, beautifully decorated, and well equipped. We can’t wait to return. Love all the en-suite bathrooms, beds are comfortable, great space to accommodate larger travel groups. The ocean view from the upper deck was stunning. We almost didn’t want to explore around because we enjoyed the home so much! Walkable to many places, safe, secure, and Odette and Bella were very kind!

If you’re reading this review, it means you’re considering this rental. If this beach-front property is available, don’t waste any more time and simply rent it! My wife and I have rented AirBnB properties around the world and this rental was spectacular. One of the best places, if not the best place, we’ve ever rented. Mary-Louise is a very responsive host, her place is spotless clean, large with 2 bedrooms and has a multi-million dollar view. Only steps away from the ocean, falling asleep to the ocean was so relaxing and the only thing we wish was to have been able to stay longer than just 3 nights. My work colleagues was raised in Cape Town and recommended Camps Bay over the V&A area and we were so happy we listened to him and stayed on Glen Beach. Thanks so much Mary-Louise for an amazing stay!!!!! Should we ever return to Cape Town, we will definitely be a repeat guest.

Any amazing and very modern space. Very few AirBnB look just like the photos and this place surpassed theirs. The privacy of the bedrooms with such an open concept was great and the outdoor garden terrace and rooftop was perfect. Definitely will stay here again.

This house is a magical place. The views are spectacular. The owner is amazing and responsive. His property manager was available and understanding. The house itself is in pristine condition, caters to your every need. The bathrooms, linen and crockery was exceptionally clean. Overall, just a wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Me and my family stayed at Don & Jaco's for a week and it was the perfect stay. Their place is absolutely stunning, very homely and the perfect location. Don was an amazing host meeting us at the the time we arrived to show us around the house and run through security information. He was then super responsive throughout our stay and very flexible with our check out time. The house is in a very safe area in Cape Town with many shops, restuarants and the beach in walking distance. I would 100% reccomend staying here :)

Our stay at Ben’s home was fantastic. The perfect home away from home near the beach and in a fantastic estate. The house was very clean and homey. I would definitely come back for another holiday here with my family.

At Carnita’s place is very fantastic and walkable place to go out for a beach, mall and market. The beach just the opposite of the building and you can walk down to the V&A, restaurant and much more within 10-15 mins. The building and surrounding is very safe, all security and guard at night in the building. All perfect, can’t say more.

Fantastic views. Comfortable bedrooms and great ablutions. Close to many restaurants and for sports mad world class promenade to run awesome swimming pool to train and great cycling routes. Happy space for the fat triathletes and people who love sea sunsets

I couldn’t have asked for a better location, it was conveniently close to safe walking areas, shops, a beautiful park & restaurants yet was in a relatively quiet road. The apartment is beautifully appointed with absolutely everything you need, especially in the kitchen. It’s light & airy with stunning views. You feel secure & totally at ease there. Very obliging staff, in all, everything to recommend it.

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning apartment in Cape Town, and I can confidently say it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the stylish decor and the incredible views of the ocean — truly a postcard-perfect backdrop. The apartment was immaculately clean, spacious, and fully equipped with everything. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better — just a short walk to shops, cafes, and the V&A Waterfront. I also felt very safe in the building, which had excellent security and friendly, helpful staff. The host was welcoming, communicative, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable.

Its been 15 years since we've last been to Dolphin beach estate...Sebastians place was impeccable 👌 Bianca Lawson and Sebastian have been amazing. Looking forward to booking my next trip.
