The boat is equipped with simpler bathroom with shower cubicle and separate toilet. Kitchen with hob, fridge/freezer and oven/microwave. The beds are distributed in a 120 cm bed and 160 cm in the sleeping loft as well as an extra mattress. On the deck, you can sit under the parasol and enjoy the city's pulse. The boat also works in winter and you can enjoy a wood-burning stove.

Framför huset finns parkering som ingår i boendet. Köket är utrustat för enklare matlagning. I lägenhetens hall/ kök är taket lägre på vissa partier, ca 185 cm. I resten av lägenheten så är det vanlig takhöjd. Sängen är 140 cm bred. Tvättmaskin & torktumlare finns i huset och bokas på dörren till tvättstugan.
