The apartment is composed by 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, living room, kitchen and balconies. -With Washing Machine and Dryer. -We manage only one apartment, so we pay much attention to it. It' a different approach from the big companies with a big amount of apartments. Plus we live very very near the apartment, and ready to reach you for any need. -Our strong point is the premium assistance. We have written a document with all the information about the main places to visit in Naples and a list of restaurants we personally judge great! In this way you will find all the information in one document, and will not lose time to look for information (maybe wrong) online. We will send this before your arrival. The 2 lines cross each other only in our square and at the Central station. -Pompeii is easily reachable in 45 minutes from Piazza Cavour, thanks to trains every 30 minutes from the metro station right outside the building. Taking this train will make you save time, because you won't have to go to the Central Train station. -You can also reach Reggia of Caserta with the Metro outside our building! -There are two supermarkets in the square : one of the next to the building's door, and the other one 3 minutes from home open untill midnight . Plus, we will provide you with a cart to carry food from the supermarkets. ***ALL OUR COMFORTS*** -Air conditioning in summer and heating system in winter. -Glasses with double soundproof system. 0 noises inside. -Washing machine, Dryer, clothes' lines outdoor and a table to iron. -Chromecast that allows you to watch films with your Netflix account. -The Kitchen is suitable for cooking any lunch or dinner, you will find various pots, american coffee maker, oven, coffee pots, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, oven, dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups and dishwasher. -Crib and high chair for babies -You will find all the linen for bed and bathroom. -Safe box where you can put your passports and documents. -In the building hall there is a doorman during the day. Concrete Apartment San Gregorio

The apartment is located on the second floor of a building whose construction dates back to the end of the 1400s. Palazzo Tenore Cianci is now under the constraint of the Superintendency. The apartment's restoration has recovered a series of elements, such as wooden beams and architraves dating back to the time of construction. The flooring, on the other hand, is made of concrete resin, a perfect contrast to the original architectural elements. The space is spread out through a large open space in which the living room, large kitchen and dining room follow one another. On the same level, there is a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking Via San Gregorio Armeno, two bathrooms and a laundry room. Upstairs, accessed via a comfortable staircase, are two more double bedrooms, one of which has a French bed (140x200). Both overlook the large open space. The Concrete Apartment is equipped with ultra-fast WiFi, a 50'' Sony LED TV with free access to Netflix. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and both a microwave and electric oven. The kitchen, with large central island in concrete resin, is equipped with all comforts. The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal. We are always available, as we live just 50 meters away from the Concrete Apartment. Immerse yourself in the vitality of the ancient city thanks to the apartment's strategic location on Via San Gregorio Armeno, and don't forget to buy one of the precious nativity scenes for sale at the many artisan shops. The Concrete Apartment is easily accessible as it is in the heart of the city. From Capodichino airport, an Alibus shuttle departs every 25 minutes and stops at the Piazza Garibaldi train station. From here you can walk to the apartment in 15 minutes, or you can take metro line 1 and get off at the Università stop which is about a 10-minute walk away (the Duomo stop is nearing completion). In about 10 minutes on foot, you can reach the Circumvesuviana station from which trains depart for the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum. The port from which ferries and hydrofoils depart for the islands of Ischia, Capri and Procida is about a 10-minute walk away.

The owner of the apartment was awarded the women and hospitality prize by the Councillor of the municipality of Naples for the authentic hospitality that she offers to the guests. The house is located in the historic center of Naples, in the immediate vicinity of the famous San Severo Chapel. The property is located on the works floor of a late 1700s building, served by a lift. The lift works with a coin machine and each ride costs 5 cents which will be provided to you by the owner.

Guest suite converted from an apartment in a historic building. The strong point is the location, located in the heart of the historic center, the suite is quiet, intimate and clean, ideal for couples, but also families and groups of friends up to 5.
