Situé dans le coeur historique entre Place des 3 Ormeaux et Place des Prêcheurs, le loft est au 2ème étage d'un immeuble XVII Exposé Sud, petite terrasse sur cour, belle hauteur sous plafond. Sa superficie est de 50m2 au sol. Une rénovation sol, cuisine salle de bains vient d'être réalisée. C'est entièrement climatisé. La proximité du marché, des commerces et restaurants en fait un pied à terre idéal en centre ville sans nuisance de bruit de rue, le quartier est très prisé.
