The living room, large and harmonious, designed by the Claude Marre Architectural Firm in a style mixing the old and the contemporary, brings together a large living room area and an office area, in the row of a spacious dining room in continuity with the kitchen.

Urban Loft

This mini loft is located in the heart of the historic center of Montpellier, in a pedestrian area of the old town named "Ecusson". The street is very quiet but the surroundings are animated by many shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. The tren station is 10 mins walk but you can take the tram to the nearest station about 2 mins walk. The beach is accessible with the tram and other buses. This is my primary residence, not a place for rent only. The apartment is air-conditioned. I will ask you to make reasonable use of the air conditioning. For stays longer than 3 days, the electricity meter will be read on your arrival. Any excessive consumption will be charged.

The apartment is in the center, the port is 100 m away and all the shops are at the foot of the apartment. Very easy to park in front of the residence. You will have a wonderful vacation here.
