This mini loft is located in the heart of the historic center of Montpellier, in a pedestrian area of the old town named "Ecusson". The street is very quiet but the surroundings are animated by many shops, restaurants, wine bars and pubs. The tren station is 10 mins walk but you can take the tram to the nearest station about 2 mins walk. The beach is accessible with the tram and other buses. Ideally located in the heart of "L'Écusson", the historic center of Montpellier, this apartment combines a magnificent dining room with open kitchen in 17th century architecture with two vaulted rooms from the 14th century: A bedroom with an office area and a music and cinema lounge with excellent acoustics. A patio with an opening canopy allows access to the bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower.
