Holiday rentals with lake access in Centre Hastings

We had a lovely stay. Extremely clean and beautiful home with an amazing view and plenty of rooms and games to play. We would definitely stay at Parker’s again.

This place is wonderful. It was very well appointed. The lake is private and peaceful. There are large windows in the house overlooking looking the lake and a huge comfortable couch. The hottub is amazing bonus. The bedrooms were clean and well-designed. We will certainly be back!

Absolutely loved our stay at Denise’s place! A very chic and modern waterfront property in a great location with lots of privacy—an ideal spot to relax and unwind for our girls weekend. Very close to PEC which was a huge plus for us. Denise was so friendly and responsive all weekend long! The place had everything we needed, including bed linens, towels, and toiletries. The kitchen was stocked with cooking essentials and the dining and living area were so bright and clean with a gorgeous view of the water. We enjoyed sitting around the fire pit, and even though a fire ban was in effect, we saw lots of firewood on the property. Bedrooms were clean and spacious. We really loved our stay and cannot wait to return!

My family and I spent Christmas at Michelle’s lovely cottage and we had a great time! The cottage itself is very nice and cozy; in person, it looks even better than in pictures. It had everything we needed for our stay. The hot tub is a must as it has an amazing view of the lake; and we also enjoyed a little walk around with snowshoes available at the cottage. The host, Michelle, was very kind and responsive. She had the cottage decorated for Christmas, which was perfect for our gathering and created a very cozy atmosphere. We will definitely consider going back during summer as the place has many in-the-house amenities and private access to the lake. Thank you, Michelle, for hosting us!

This cottage was gorgeous, super spacious and really comfortable. The whole family agrees 5/5, which is a miracle, honestly. It was basically entirely private, not close to any of the neighbours. We saw deer out front one morning! Super well appointed kitchen, really comfortable beds, tons of space and separate seating areas. The lake was beautiful, although if you have really young kids the walk down to the water might not be great. Ours are 9 and 11, and it was no problem. We’re already browsing their other properties for next summer, although the family agrees that coming back here would also be great!

This beautifully appointed home was a perfect getaway. The peaceful lake with no cottages on the far side was clean and great for boating or swimming right off the dock. We enjoyed loons, herons, owls and a bunny. We hiked at Gould lake, swam, fished from the rowboat, had a campfire and watched stars from zero gravity chairs with no light pollution. A wonderful stay! We had a great time. Sir Sam’s ski hill nearby. Hot tub was great for those days when ski hill was not an option. There is fast internet at the cottage. Very private and quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

James and Cathie’s place was exactly as described -it was clean, kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was wonderfully relaxing and the view was stunning! We will for sure be back!

Excellent place! Beautiful setting, cozy, quiet and very clean with spectacular views. Perfect location for waterfront walking, downtown shopping and dining. We definitely Italy will be back.

Pam was terrific from the start - she was very responsive and helpful in all of our communication leading up to our stay. She was there to let us in and give us a tour of the space, but then she disappeared and left us to get settled in. The house has some great history and it is a 3 minute walk to the Main Street of a lovely village that is a great central location from which to explore the whole area. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable and the bathroom was large and well equipped. There is a small sitting area that is fine for beginning and end of the day (no TV - which at first was a bit of a surprise, but we actually enjoyed not having that as a default to entertaining ourselves). Pam is an artist (very good) and a lot of her work is displayed in the space which enhances the area. An excellent value, comfortable space, lovely host.

This is a fantastic place. Saskia and Maarten are very nice. They sent us very clear instructions and recommandations. They also responded quickly to our questions. Everything in the airbnb is thought for you to enjoy and make your life easy. They are very helpful. They also provided an extension for us to plug our electric car. The place is very well located, close to Wellington and the Sandbanks. It is beautiful, next to the lake with a great view. They have lots of space and provide paddle boards, kayaks and canoes with direct access to the lake. It is comfortable and clean. Thank you!

Loved my stay here! The place is modern, super clean, and feels very new. Big windows with a beautiful lake view—such a great way to start the day. Kitchen was fully stocked, and I loved having smart TVs in both the bedroom and living room. It’s only a 15-20 min drive to downtown, and check-in was super smooth with the code sent ahead of time. Would definitely come back!

I can’t say enough other than I felt like we went to our families house for the weekend. Her and her husband made us feel right at home. She had homemade brownies waiting for us and greeted us when we arrived. There was nothing missed in the way they have this set up. The most above and beyond experience with a beautiful breakfast. I would highly recommend staying here.

My mom and her husband stayed in Christina’s beautiful home. They had nothing but great things to say! It was super clean, peaceful, and the view from the balcony is breath taking. She made multiple comments on how comfy the bed was too; one of her best sleeps in a long time. Christina is super quick to respond and such a great host. I have stayed in Christina’s place in the past and knew it would be perfect for my mom’s stay. Looking forward to booking here again in the future.

My favourite place to stay for work in the area. Always spotless and clean. David is a wonderful host. Highly recommend.

There were a total of 5 families (9 adults and 2 kids ages 2.5 years and 1 year). We enjoyed the side by side cottages and that allowed for some separation of families with and without kids. Cottages were quite clean and modern with good amenities. It was a very quiet neighborhood. There were watercrafts available for an additional (very reasonable) fee and we really enjoyed being on the water. We had easy access to the water. There were fire pits and hot tub, which we did not use. You’ll have to take the garbage out to the dump on your way out and there are pre-paid garbage tags. The process was easy and straightforward. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

I had an incredible stay at this lakeside Airbnb in Algonquin! The cabin was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a peaceful retreat. Waking up to the view of the lake every morning was absolutely magical. The location is ideal — close enough to explore Algonquin Park, but tucked away enough to feel like a true escape from the city. Evenings by the fire pit under the stars were a highlight of the trip. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations. I’d definitely come back — this place is a gem for anyone looking to reconnect with nature in comfort.

Me and my friends stayed at Catchmore Resore and had a great time! we stayed in cottage #2 and had no complaints. We had a nice view of the water, took advantage of all the fun activities available, found the beds to be very comfortable and staff to be extremely friendly/helpful! only downfall to this cottage is that the shower head isn't adjustable...so the shorter guest found the shower hard to use. However there were other communal showers located on property so it wasn't the end of the world. overall we had a great time at this location and would recommend!

The main cottage is very cosy but still offers plenty of room to spread out. The sun room offers a beautiful view of the lake which made our morning coffee and lunches very enjoyable. Having visited during the colder part of the year we appreciated the fire and an abundance of blankets (for the sun room). The kitchen is well equipped, even for a full on family roast! The next door bunkie is such a great addition. And it’s not just for sleeping! The living area and the balcony, with just as pleasant view of the lake, is is great for enjoying a moment away from the hustle 😁 The surroundings are peaceful and you can get a nice long walk on the road that didn’t get too muddy even after a torrential rain storm.

Lori was a very responsive and accommodative host. The place was much larger than what the pictures shows. Lots to do on the water with kayaks and canoe that were provided.

We had a lovely stay and would stay here again. Peaceful and beautiful location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely cottage, it is a special place. Communication with Bryelle was responsive and easy. When we noticed that the propane tank for the bbq was empty she dropped a full one off within minutes. The cottage itself has been completely renovated, everything is beautiful and high end. The lake is peaceful with clear water great for swimming. It was a great spot to spend our 20th anniversary and for a family get together before we dropped our daughter off at university. We would love to come back next time we are in Kingston!
