Waterfront holiday rentals in Centre County

This cute and easily accessible apartment in Lock Haven was a great place to stay while we were in PA for our son's graduation from Penn State. The view of the river from the apartment was fantastic. The drive to State College was easy and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of graduation weekend. Lock Haven is a beautiful place to stay!

Irina’s place has been the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at so far (and we’ve been on a road trip for the past couple of months). She was incredibly responsive to any questions or concerns we had, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The home itself is spacious, well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, and even includes an office room, which was a huge plus. We had an amazing stay right up until the very end, when the washing machine unexpectedly stopped working. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts to troubleshoot, it seemed to be a software issue that required more time and expertise to resolve. We felt bad that Irina had to deal with this, especially with another guest checking in on the same day we checked out. Despite the inconvenience, she remained respectful, kind, and professional throughout. All in all, we’d recommend this place 100%. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate—it’s a fantastic choice!

My 3rd stay at Kim's Airbnb. The location is very easy to access and is peaceful and quiet (even with events at the next door golf course and Millbrook the day I arrived). The house is comfortable and has all amenities needed, and I especially like the full kitchen. Definitely recommend and I am looking forward to my next stay at Kim's!

Loved the location right by the creek. Swimming pool looked great, unfortunately it rained our entire stay. It was nice to be able to go back and unwind after events at Penn State University and Bald Eagle State Park. Close enough to both.

Terre was very responsive to my questions and and gave very clear instructions. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The house was updated and clean inside. The pictures were very accurate and the porch overlooking the river was very peaceful in the morning. We enjoyed the view and listened to the numerous birds and the sounds of the creek. My group of 5 enjoyed our stay!

We chose James’ home for the location and we were not disappointed. The Creekhouse is perfectly situated on a beautiful piece of property within walking distance of Penns Creek on Elk Creek. Communication with James and Rebecca was excellent. They responded quickly when we had questions or issues. This is an older home that has a few quirks…an interesting bathroom set up and no ventilation for cooking. Nothing about the quirks interfered with our stay because the description of the home was accurate so we knew what to expect. I would choose to stay here again and would recommend it to those that like character, charm and a beautiful setting.

From the moment I booked Patricia’s place it was amazing. She was great at communicating, flexible with us checking in early, and made us feel very welcomed. The pictures of her place don’t give you the feeling of spending time here, it’s a magical place. Quiet, peaceful, and tranquil. Torbert village is the best location on pine creek, and her house location is arguably the best located house in the village. I highly recommend her place to anyone. Planning to stay her next summer. Great home in a great location. Quick walk to town, or even a park with playground if you are traveling with kids. Our hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful area and incredibly peaceful. The house was very cozy and the owner was responsive and a pleasure to work with. We didn’t have time to fly fish but it was a perfect location to do that and go to amazing restaurants in the area. Penn state is only a 15 minute drive as well. Would stay here again.

This was my second stay here. Irina is always responsive, and the place was renovated. Plenty of parking and outdoor space. The stream and wildlife was beautiful. Her son Dan is incredibly helpful and kind. We had a nice stay.

The place was perfect! The creek behind was filled with trout and the location was close to surrounding fishing spots as well. Never needed to go more than 10min away from the condo. Clean and well maintained by Dan.

My wife and I stayed at Irina's place for a month and really enjoyed it. The room was super comfortable, and Dan was always kind and helpful. He even brought us water and let us borrow bicycles. There was a short power outage at the end, but it became a fun memory. The only thing to note is that it’s better to have a car, since there’s no public transport to State College. Overall, a great stay in a quiet, safe neighborhood near a lovely river. Thanks so much, Irina and Dan!
