The apartment is great. Super comfortable with beautiful decor. Close to strategic points. Safe. I highly recommend it. For those who are sensitive to light, the lack of blackout in the windows can be a problem. So that this aspect would not take away the shine of the refinement of the accommodation, I was offered a blindfold, of great quality. An easy and practical way to resolve the issue. I appreciate the sensitivity of the hosts.

Fernanda's space is outstanding! Very well used, comfortable, clean and with all the details thought out for a pleasant stay. Fernanda was a super responsive and proactive host from the start, always available to help with whatever was needed. I highly recommend and would come back for sure!

I went to spend the weekend of Valentine's Day and I was very well attended by Tom, very clear in the explanations, everything in the smallest details. The Studio is exactly as in the photos, everything very clean and organized, excellent shower and the highlight is the location, easy access to all neighborhoods of SP. I recommend it and will be back.

We loved the stay! The apartment is amazing — spacious, well decorated and with a simply spectacular balcony, offering a privileged view of São Paulo. The bed is super comfortable, and both the kitchen and laundry are very well equipped, which makes everyday life a lot easier. The location is excellent, close to the best bars and restaurants in Pinheiros. The host was extremely attentive and friendly throughout the experience. It is worth mentioning that, as it is in a busy building, it is possible to hear some noise from the elevator at night — nothing that compromised our experience. An ideal place for couples seeking comfort, style and a breathtaking view.

The apartment is really beautiful, and the view is not even mentioned… These days there reminded me of how poor I am, and why I have to double my work this year to conquer my own apartment with high ceilings. 😅🤣 I recommend it ✅

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run around the grassy area outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The house is perfect! Too much Aconchegante, exactly as described in the listing, was super smelly and very neat. The location is also a very important point to highlight, as it is right in the center! Everything was impeccable and fully met expectations. Communication with host Renata was excellent very kind, friendly and always ready to help us. I would definitely recommend and would come back without a second thought!

The house is a charm! Very clean and organized Td! You enter and already smell the cleanliness! And the care with the reception (vases with natural flowers await you)! Impeccable towels, sheets and blankets! The house has several rooms, all very organized! Beatriz and Gilda even offer soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, sugar, coffee and firewood! Very close to downtown. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return again! Very fast in communication! They give complete tips about the region! My family and our friends loved the stay!

We had a wonderful weekend! Since the appointment I was very well oriented and attended by the hosts, in everything we needed were always willing. We even left a homemade bread on the last day! The house is very well taken care and equipped, very faithful to the photos, the condominium is a delight and very quiet! We made suggestions that were openly received, but were details only for minor improvements. Thanks to the hosts and we hope to return soon, we certainly recommend to those who wish to flee the city and have days of rest and quiet!

We love the house, a getaway in the middle of São Paulo and at the same time close to everything. We were super well served by Paulo and well served by Ci, who left the house prepared to receive us, super solicitous and attentive. The house is cozy and it is possible to feel a care in every detail. We live valuable moments, among friends/family, from playing the piano and singing together, to cooking and talking while we were preparing dinner... and that certainly the house, this unique environment, the way each space presents itself, was super important for this to happen in such a special way. A beautiful house, which embraces :) Thank you, we'll be back when we can!

The Bluehaus apartment is very nice, we went with my partner and it has everything, very well equipped! The piece in the second has a spectacular view, and so does the terrace. One of the best neighborhoods in São Paulo, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops. They were very attentive in answering all our questions. I recommend anyways!

We went in 2 couples and we were very well installed. The beds are comfortable, it was cold and we had a blanket and covers available. It didn't even feel like we were on Av. Paulista, it was very peaceful, we accessed several tours because we were so well located. Ana was very kind and helpful. I recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb unit. The place is super charming, very clean (spotless), and walking distance to great bars and restaurants. Check-in/out was smooth. The building has amazing amenities like a pool, game room, waiting area, and an outstanding gym. The doormen were always friendly, and the gated entrance felt very safe. Perfect for solo travelers or couples — great value for the price. Carina, the host, was fantastic — she checked in during my stay and shared great recommendations. Only small suggestion: it would be nice if basic toiletries like shampoo and body soap were provided, especially for business travelers or short stays. Just a small detail, but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
