Apartment holiday rentals in Central-West Region

I spent a weekend with my family during a visit to a family member in town and we love everything. Location, apartment, ease of access, parking, common area of the condominium, in short, all according to the mentioned Co-host Carol passed us. In passing, it served us in all our doubts and needs. Very obg for everything Carol, we find our place in the city always out there. Wonderful location close to the main points of the city such as squares, shopping malls, bars etc. Fair price. I recommend! Apto houses with comfort 4 people, but we went in 5 and my son stayed on the sofa bed in the living room where he stayed with a lot of tranquility and well accommodated. Impeccable kitchen utensils as well as equipment such as refrigerator, stove, coffee maker and other very new ones. Two great bathrooms with a spectacular shower. Note 10.

Accommodation was accurately described, location is excellent and communication with Gustavo was great! Super recommend! I had a quick accommodation, but it was worth a lot! Comfortable bed and great atmosphere. An excellent cost x benefit.

We love the apartment, super airy, part of the balcony a delight to have a breakfast in the morning and watch the sunrise. All in accordance with the creation and photos. The hosts responded super fast when I needed it, a great location for those who want to be close to São Paulo. I will come back more often.

I went to work and to spend a night and the accommodation worked properly to my needs. All very organized, practical and easy.

The apartment has everything you need, it's well-equipped if you want to cook, the bedrooms have good beds and bedding, the bathroom with amenities ( shampoo, conditioner, soap), the whole apartment is well decorated and has air conditioning in the bedrooms and the living room (which is very good for a warm city like Presidente Prudente). There is a little market in the building. It is close to everything, market, pharmacy, restaurants and has a park to walk. The hostess is very kind and helpful and we feel at home. We have stayed 3 times at the house of Cassia, we highly recommend it.

Everything was great! Nothing to complain, from the staff of the building to the residents, all friendly and attentive! The Street opposite the balcony of the apartment is busy, but the location is great, some paços and we were already on the beach! We intend to come back more often 🥰

Very good site, the very safe neighborhood. Everything near, was walking to the market, fitness center, restaurants and bars. The impeccable apartment (I just missed a frying pan and a jar of water/juice). They can arrange this for the other guests. In the most complete apartment. It had bed linen and towels for all guests, face towels and floor mat for the spare bathroom. O José very attentive at check-in and checkout. Only compliments on the building as well, which looks more like a luxury property. The always well-educated concierge, we had no trouble getting in and out. Our family loved the stay and only compliments to the host. Thank you so so much!

It was a great stay! The super well organized and equipped apartment, with well leveraged and cozy space and organization. The view was also a differential. I didn't have any annoyances related to noises, neighbors, etc. The host, Luis Felipe, was asked a lot of questions. In the ad there was a description of a passing iron that was not in the apartment, but shortly after signaling him with a message about it, he promptly resolved the issue. For sure I would spend more time and choose the apt again.

The stay was super pleasant, the environment was clean, organized and the communication for lodging was excellent.

First to Nádia, always attentive. The impeccable room. Perfect hotel, good food, lots of things to do in there and very close to the Thermas of the Laranjais park. Voltaria, no problem, no problem.

The apartment very well equipped as in the pictures, served us perfectly. Both check-in and check-out were super-fast, we had no problem. Everything is very well organized and clean. The condominium itself is outstanding. The river runs until 6 pm, while the pools run until 23 hrs. The restaurant however does not have many options, at least not for lunch. But overall it's a pretty good place.

Cintia was always very attentive with us and made clear the rules of the place, which were followed to the letter. The site was according to the description and was very quiet. i recommend it.

From the booking, the host was dedicated and helpful (a sweetheart!). Thank you for the dedication and respect with which you treated me and my family. I'll be back for sure.

The apartment is super organized and clean, close to everything, wonderful pools, and a super attentive host. Anyway, I want to go back again.

I had a great stay! The place is super cozy, it is exactly as described, clean, comfortable and well located. The hosts were attentive and always available to help with whatever it took. I would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone!
