Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Central-West Region

We went as 7 people, we stayed a week and spent very pleasant days, even with cold and some rainy days we enjoyed the stay a lot, it has a very good indoor space, a very comfortable large TV room and a great kitchen and barbecue. For those who go with pets, it's also very nice because the house is all fenced in, and my pet loved being able to run around the grassy area outside. Host Rodrigo is also very attentive and responds super fast.

The house is very cozy! Mr. Laercio is very helpful. The house was clean and so were the bed items. A suggestion would be a slightly more powerful oven. In addition, my friends and I had a wonderful stay.

Thais' place is an oasis of tranquility surrounded by a lot of greenery and with a great view. I saw tucans and macaws from my bedroom window! It is nicely decorated and well-equipped. Thais was responsive, friendly and flexible. We will definitely return.

The house is a charm! Very clean and organized Td! You enter and already smell the cleanliness! And the care with the reception (vases with natural flowers await you)! Impeccable towels, sheets and blankets! The house has several rooms, all very organized! Beatriz and Gilda even offer soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, sugar, coffee and firewood! Very close to downtown. I highly recommend it and we will certainly return again! Very fast in communication! They give complete tips about the region! My family and our friends loved the stay!

We had a wonderful weekend! Since the appointment I was very well oriented and attended by the hosts, in everything we needed were always willing. We even left a homemade bread on the last day! The house is very well taken care and equipped, very faithful to the photos, the condominium is a delight and very quiet! We made suggestions that were openly received, but were details only for minor improvements. Thanks to the hosts and we hope to return soon, we certainly recommend to those who wish to flee the city and have days of rest and quiet!

We had a wonderful experience in this house in Monte Verde! The house is simply charming, very charming, cozy and extremely well equipped — thought out in the smallest details to offer comfort. The location is also excellent, very close to the centre, which made our tours much easier. Everything was perfect, we will definitely return and recommend it without hesitation!

I would like to thank Luci for providing this wonderful stay in Poços de Caldas, it was certainly one of the best days I spent, spectacular house, everything very clean, quiet, organized and sensational, I hope to return again. The house was so good that I didn't even feel like going out to see the city, but rather to enjoy the house, which by the way has everything, nothing is missing, I'm sure everything was thought of with affection and comfort for the guests, simply incredible. Best experience!

An excellent place for those who own and have a house under construction; place next to the Yacht club, easy access, beautiful view of the balcony and the living room. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Place, a beautiful view and the incredible energy, when you enter the apartment there is already a thousand cool and different things to enjoy the space, regardless of the climate outside the landscape is beautiful and the possibilities to enjoy the space are innumerable. The super helpful and attentive owners as well as the employees who were super gentle helping me with the suitcases, I'm sure to come back again and recompense to everyone!!

It met all my expectations... very well-structured apartment with all household utensils... clean and organized and perfect location close to everything without having to take the car out of the garage... the owner is very attentive and helpful.

The apartment is excellent, well-equipped, super clean and well-decorated. I loved staying there… the garage is excellent and in the surroundings we have access to restaurants, greengrocers and shopping.

Large house, well equipped and with great leisure options for the family — swimming pool, heated jacuzzi, soccer field and is still pet friendly! We celebrated my mother's birthday on one of the days, with a slightly larger number of people previously aligned with the host, who was always very attentive. The stay was excellent and super comfortable for everyone!

The description was accurate. We came with 14 guests, and it fit us perfectly. We understood the aesthetic would be rustic, and the wood features stood out well. The pool area is an ideal spot for gatherings. The spa and pool could have been better prepared for use. We recommend updating some of the bare essentials, such as cookware, dishes, and bedding. If you use the space during colder seasons, heating options should be added to the rooms.

The house was exactly as in the photos, in a very quiet, peaceful place. Ideal for resting. It was super clean, with bed linen and towel options available, making it very practical. The house had utensils for everything we needed and appliances too! The view was beautiful and the house functional! The hosts were helpful and the communication was very good! It was a great stay, the space is perfect for the family with children, who had super fun and enjoyed it from start to finish. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away. The house is not just a stay — it’s a mansion nestled right in the middle of a reserve forest. Everything was spotless, beautifully maintained, and exactly as shown (if not better). It’s spacious, clean, and every detail is thoughtfully curated. Honestly, it was the best stay we’ve ever had. Just a heads-up — it’s quite remote, which is part of its magic. But it also means that if you forget something or need food or supplies, it’s a bit of a drive to the nearest store or town. So, plan ahead and bring everything you might need. Still, 100% worth it for the experience!
