Condo holiday rentals in Central Vietnam

So's apartment is spotless, super comfortable and a great place for a short stay, despite the neighborhood being fairly noisy and congested and a skyscraper under construction directly in front. Being located in a building connected to a mall meant that we didn't have to go far to find a supermarket or for an impromptu meal. There is a gorgeous pagoda at the street level right opposite the entrance lobby which is worth visiting. Great location to get cabs and tuktuks quickly.

숙소는 깨끗하고 한강 주변에 있어서 강뷰도 너무 훌륭했습니다. 다낭 중심지에 있어 어디를 가든 빠른 이동이 가능했습니다. 다음에 다낭에 다시 올때도 이용하고 싶은 숙소입니다.

My daughter and I loved our stay at this spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Poline gave clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and when ever I contacted Poline for assistance he was quick to respond. The entrance to the property is via a not very clean ally way and staircase but this wasn’t a problem because at the end of this one arrives at a lovely old apartment which has loads of character. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi were excellent. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave, gas hob, filtered drinking water as well as minimal but useful crockery and utensils. There is also a clothes washing machine. Highly recommended!

Very modern room, slept well

The largest and the best stay we ever stayed in Vietnam so far. Out of the 6 places we stayed at so far including 2 nights on Cruise and at beautiful Sapa Valley, this has topped the list. The amenities listed were provided. The host is very friendly and takes care of her guests really well. Easy check-in, safe building with security and cameras, quick walk to the beach, many local shops and marts nearby. The place has good aircon, clean bathrooms and everything needed for the stay. They provided really good shampoo, conditioner and body wash, not those hotel packages ones, but real big bottles from the mart. Hot water 24 x 7. Felt like home overall. The view from the balcony is really enjoyable. Open curtains after 8pm and going to bed watching the moon rise with it’s reflection on the ocean is the best view we ever had. The pool is very clean and almost nobody uses it making it very private. They provided a washer and a drying rack too. Elevators were quick and convenient. 10/10 ?

I am very satisfied with my stay. The apartment’s location is convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the view overlooking the sea was absolutely stunning. This is definitely one of the best places to stay when you’re in Nha Trang.

Phuon is an great host. Everything was fine. Clean, enough space, stunning view from both bedrooms, great and silet air condition.

The 2 bedroom with 2 bathroom apartment was amazing new and clean. The fully furnished kitchen made home-made meals extremely convenient for those who were tired to eating out like me who is on diet for no salt. 1. Residences have security guards and reception. 2. Walking straight to the beach. 3. Walking distance to local market to buy groceries. 4. Fully furnished kitchen with rice cooker, knifes, scissors, and many utensils. It was our favorite place in 6 bookings for this trip. Thank you Diep.

My fam had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Hoi An and Da Nang, making it easy to explore both cities. The host was incredibly generous with the check-out time, which was a huge plus. Communication was excellent; she was always available and responded very quickly to any questions. Highly recommend staying here!

Logement correspondant à la description. L’hôte a été réactif et flexible sur mon arrivée. La résidence est super paisible, j’ai eu la chance d’avoir la piscine pour moi seule quasiment. Je n’y suis restée qu’une nuit car j’étais en transit vers une autre destination mais je n’hésiterai à y revenir.

베트남 첫 가족여행으로 편히 잘 쉴수 있었습니다. 체크인도 매우 편리했으며 요청사항도 바로바로 응답해주었습니다. 골드코스트나 파노라마처럼 해변가 숙소는 밤에 밝고 시끄럽지만 이곳은 주택가처럼 조용해서 좋았어요. 매일 보이는 바다뷰도 최고였고 침구도 침대도 편안했습니다. 수영장은 깨끗했고 사용료가 저렴하며 이용하는 사람이 거의 없어 프라이빗했습니다. 도보로 롯데마트 갈수있고 그랩으로 가면 번화가도 기본요금정도로 매우가깝습니다. 배달앱을 이용해 맛집배달도 잘 이용할수 있었습니다. 숙소가 편안해서 일주일의 여행이 매우 만족스럽습니다.

Great place, city view. Friendly host. 10m to walk to the the beach, plus point is that the place is close to well-known local restaurants.

とても快適に過ごせました。 お部屋は広くて清潔、キッチンも広々としていて調理器具や簡単な調味料もそろっており、自炊もしっかり楽しめます。ファミリーにもぴったりだと思います。 ホストの返信も早く親切で、安心して滞在できました。 地元の人がみんな使っている、腰に巻くタイプの浮き具（flotation belt）も置いてあり、毎朝海で泳ぐのが最高に気持ちよかったです。 唯一気になったのは、時間帯に関係なくお湯の温度が少しぬるめだったことですが、それ以外は本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。ニャチャンでの滞在におすすめのお部屋です！

Tram’s apartment was a beautiful space with a good view of the beach. Was a lovely and clean space. It was within walking distance of great restaurants. Easy to find as well. Tran was a great host was always to responding to my questions and was very helpful and lovely with her answers.

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Gin’s apartment and would gladly return in the future! The place is very cozy, well-equipped with everything you might need, and has an absolutely stunning view from the window. It’s located in a great complex with shops, restaurants, fruit stands, and even a local market with exotic goods not far away. We were sad to leave, but we’ll definitely come back to visit Gin again!
