Beachfront holiday rental in Central Vietnam

Nice place, even better view and the host is possibly the nicest host I’ve had in 8 years using Airbnb Highly recommended

Great location for our family of three. Hosts were available to communicate with. Easy biking around the neighborhood. Found a gym nearby and tons of restaurants. Pool was a nice bonus. Shared with other units can be crowded but also opportunity to meet new people. Loud music went until midnight a couple of nights and we didn’t get the unit we booked. There was an issue with one of the bathrooms but the other two were totally fine. Overall we had a good stay.

Wunderschönes, großzügiges Haus in einer tollen Umgebung. 100m zum Traumstrand. Alles sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll. Alle 3 Tage kam eine freundliche und sehr tüchtige Dame, die die Wäsche/ Handtücher wechselte und alles top sauber machte. Insgesamt, unsere unbedingte Empfehlung und den Preis absolut wert.

As a newbie to Cham Island I think I was lucky to stay here because the host does everything to assist you with anything you might need. The host's aunt nextdoor cooks wonderful meals and the hospitality is unmatched! The view from the house is nice with a cool temple and some ocean in view as well! The beach is so close! Walk outside and there it is! You should definatly hire a little round boat to take you snorkeling just a short ways to the south! The coral is amazing and you can see why this island is protected! I will stay here again when I return to Cham for another round of island paradise!

My 2 kids and I had a great time and the place we stayed at is clean. I will come back next year.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hanh's place. The room is huge and has great lighting. I was able to work at the desk by the window during the day with my coffee. I also liked chilling out on the balcony as well. There's a decent kitchen and good bathroom with a nice shower. There are quite a few steps and no lift so this is something to consider, but I was find with that. It's a short walk to the beach and even shorter to a nice park which I found really good for running and fitness on the different equipment there. The bed was very comfortable and air con made it very pleasant in the room. The TV didn't offer much but I was mostly on my laptop anyway.

Lovely beach villa right in the middle of an bang beach. Nice and cosy atmosphere . Clean and comfy rooms. Super host very helpful and responsive! Loved this place!

Comfortable, modern and well furnished apartment in a great central location 5 mins walk from the beach in Nha Trang. The balcony has a great ocean view. It is very easy to walk to the beach, market, cafes, and restaurants. We loved the views from the Skylight Bar nearby. The host provided local recommendation’s and was frequently in contact to ensure that everything was going well. There is a lovely pool which was the perfect temperature and not crowded. This is one of the best apartments we have stayed in while traveling around Vietnam. We would highly recommend staying here. 😀

어른둘,아이셋 나트랑 숙소를 잡기가 여간 힘들었는데요,호텔안에 아파트먼트가 있는 마리스호텔 저희식구에겐 딱이었던 숙소였습니다.복층이라서 아이들이 8살,4살,돌쟁이여서 안전 걱정은 했지만 일단 방2개,거실1,화장실2 식구가 많은 저희에겐 너무 좋더라구요.호텔에있다보니 2층 조식당에서 매일 조식 먹을수있는것도 좋았어요.가지수가 많이 적고 좀 아쉽긴했지만 배고프지않게 요기정도만하고 나가서 맛있는 것들을 잔뜩먹고 다녔던것같아요.그리고 숙소 위치도 세일 링클럽 근처라 시끄럽다는글을 보았는데 저희 가족을 크게 시끄러운지 모르고 지냈던것아요.호텔에서 나오면 바로 오른쪽으로200m정도 걸어나가면 바다가도있고 또 빈컴프라자 윈마트,스벅이있어서 진짜 진짜 편했고 또 주변에 마시지샵도 많고 식당들도 제법 많아서 너무 좋았습니다!그리고 냉장고도 가정집 냉장고라 아이스크림을 사와서 냉동실에 넣어놓고 생각나면 꺼내먹을수있어서 좋았고, 세탁기가 있어서 옷도 최대한 적게 들고가고 집에서 챙겨간 캡슐세제로 매일 빨래했던것같아요!짱짱!시내한복판보다 조금 벗어나지만 그게 오히려 더 좋더라구요!다음에도 꼭 나트랑에 간다면 여기 묵을의사가있습니다.조금 아쉬웠던 점은 아파트먼트 구조상 안전 때문에 바깥 풍경이 알루미늄 샷시에 많이 가려져있어서 아쉬웠고, 욕실이 샤워후에 바닥이.많이 미끄러워 어린아이를 동반한 집에서 많이 신경쓰셔야할것같습니다.마리스 호텔 덕분에 나트랑에서의 행복한 기억을 가지고 갈수있어서 감사합니다❤️ Cảm ơn❤️

Excellent place to stay! Especially the view of the city of Nha Trang! Ben was welcoming and an amazing host and I will be back for sure&! The apartment was stunning and was situated right at the beach front and a few meters from the night.

We spent a month and half in Mei's home. we rented the entire home and it was more than we needed for a family of four, so we had an extra bedroom that we didn't even use. the house is on a quiet location in between Hit Ha and An Bang beach. Mei provided us with a. free bicycle and we rented another from her. The location of the house is great if you don't want to be in the hussle and bussle of Hoi An, but close enough for a 20 minute bike ride or an 8 minute grab ride. Mei was extremely responsive and immediately helped of we needed anything. the house is comfortable , with lots of beds and closet space, a big kitchen with plenty of seating. We loved the safety and also the close proximity to the beach restaurants, where our teenagers loved to freely roam. Definitely recommend for anyone who wants a stress free and easy stay.

Very luxurious place to stay. It is on a high floor giving you perfect views of the beach while being high enough to not be bothered by all the street noise. Clean unit! The only negative point is with the building itself. Since it's in such a central location, there are A LOT of tourist so getting back to your room can take quite a while with their slow elevators and nonfunctional air conditioning in the elevators.

5-star accommodation, just as advertised. Real value for money. Everything worked as promised. The area is packed with recently erected high-rises, but the charms of earlier eras are close at hand. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property. Thu was very responsive and courteous. I’d recommend staying here. Walking distance to the beach and great restaurants. Great deal it’s a steal to be honest. Anytime I’m in Da Nang I’ll stay here!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jack's and Janet's place. The house was beautiful and had all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We loved the seclusion and the sea view. The host was quick to respond and always helpful. We appreciated the fruit, bottled water, and the ingredients for breakfast that were provided free of charge. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place. Thanks for everything!

We really enjoyed our stay at Boozer. Our room was regularly cleaned to a wonderful standard, the location was perfect and the space was just what we needed for our three week stay. The only thing to consider is that the mattress really is EXTREMELY hard. When reading the other reviews I thought 'how bad can it really be?' but truly, it was like sleeping on a table. I asked for a mattress topper and Trinh organised one immediately, which was really lovely and kind of her, but even still, I spent a few nights on the sofa, and I really don't consider myself someone who generally has trouble sleeping. All in all, I would absolutely recommend staying here. The value for money is excellent and there's so much to do locally. Just approach with caution if you have sleeping difficulty.

I've visited Da Nang a few times and always choose different locations to experience more of the city. Chaca House is now one of my favorite places to stay that I will definitely return to. The hosts were super helpful and proactive about giving us ideas of things to do in the area. The room was lovely and ideal for couples looking for a spacious accommodation. And having a washer and dryer on the top floor is a major plus for travelers who need to refresh their wardrobe. There is also a fantastic chicken and rice restaurant next door that is convenient for days when you don't want to go too far for a meal. Chaca House is the perfect Airbnb for anyone who wants to feel a bit more local in Da Nang while staying in a beautifully designed space!

해변과 가깝고 주변에 편의시설이 많아 좋습니다 재방문하고싶습니다

Ms Dung and her place was great. Ms Dung is very sweet and nice, always responsive and easy communication. The place felt like home and had all the little necessities that made it comfortable for short and long stay. Such as cooking sauces and laundry detergent. The mountain and roof top view was amazing. At 5th floor, you get great wind flow, for me that’s better than AC. Short walk to the beach and delicious local eats. I highly recommend.

We have stayed on a few occasions and enjoy the quieter end of Da Nang with easy access to swimming and the beach for our children. The resort has one restaurant with friendly staff and this satisfies our needs. Vy has proved a great host each time we have stayed, prompt with messaging and always very helpful. We always plan to stay here when we visit Da Nang.
