Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Park, Denver

We enjoyed our stay at Jaimi’s place. Great neighborhood location with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Perfect location for our concert at the Broncos stadium. Jaimi was very responsive, directions were very clear and the accommodations were lovely and quiet. Great mattress!

My father and I had an incredible stay here! Tamara was very kind and so were the home hosts. A big plus to see all the sweet dogs they were taking care of while we were there. We would recommend this place to anyone!

Great place to stay! It felt small at first but really it’s like a luxury suite at a hotel. Was perfect for two of us- we didn’t spend much time there as we were out doing things but we easily could’ve stayed there all day. All the ‘extra’ amenities you need were available which was amazing; toiletries, sunscreen, bug spray, hair dryer, washer/dryer, towels, etc.

This is my favorite place to stay in Arvada. Jessica‘s place has a comfortable bed, full kitchen and is in a great neighborhood.

Perfect spot for a one night stay! We went to a concert at red rocks and stayed here for the night. It was great to have parking, and the motion sensor lights leading to the back of the house & basement were very helpful! The place is a bit dated but was clean and all we needed for the night.

I had a lovely stay at Mish’s! Their home was lovely, and had incredible decor, great location and a really comfortable vibe for me and my dogs. I would definitely stay here again!!

This is a centrally located spot with easy access to City and Congress park, as well as anywhere in Aurora. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and plenty of space. Jerry was communicative throughout our stay and was a great host.

Kelsey was an exceptional host. She responded promptly to my questions and even had snacks and water waiting for us when we checked in. We truly enjoyed our stay and absolutely loved the covered patio.

We loved our stay at Rob’s comfortable, spacious and beautiful place! As an architect, it was so fun to experience such thoughtful design and well-crafted construction. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay, and Kaela was quick to respond to anything that I reached out to her with.

We reached out to Emmy at 8pm the night before we wanted to book. She immediately responded and said she’d be able to accommodate an earlier check in which was perfect for us. We needed a place to stay for a couple nights while work was being done on our house nearby. The house has a great yard with lots of trees for shade - our son loved the tree swing.

This is a lovely neighborhood, close to our son's house and the guest portion of the house is very private, nice entrance and a garden view from the large sliding door/windows. The interior is very pleasant, designed with a modern look and nice attention to details to both please the eye and provide comfort for the guests. Every little detail was just perfect. Our only snag was not being able to figure out how to turn on the lamps on the nightstands but we substituted other small lamps easily AND this was our own lack of know-how on modern fixtures, I'm certain! The home was one where we felt very comfortable -- like it could be our own similar home. Thanks for the opportunity to stay and know we have already recommended the place to others!

Elizabeth’s Airbnb is beautiful! It’s exactly what you need for a comfortable stay. It has all the essentials and is close to restaurants and places of interest. Just like in the photos, the place is lovely and welcoming. Elizabeth provided clear instructions and made the whole experience feel easy and pleasant. She helps you feel right at home with her warm and effective communication. Highly recommended!

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

great place to stay for a concert at red rocks, only about 10 minutes away from the park, safe and quite, within walking distance of a nice trail up to a nearby plateau, and Kelly was a responsive and accommodating host

Great place to stay for a Red Rocks show and near to great places to hike and cute towns like Morrison and Evergreen. Neighborhood is a little random with lots of cars parked in the streets, but there was 1 dedicated off street spot for this place. I appreciated not having a book of things to do when leaving! Was well stocked with everything except Kleenex and paper towel.

Brians place was very clean and had everything we needed for our 4 week stay. We are a family of 3 and brought our two smalls dogs so it was a tight fit for us but the air bnb would be a perfect fit for 1-2 guests +pets comfortably. The first day we were there we ran into some issues with the air bnb (the tv wouldn’t work, the dryer needed an adjustment and the fridge filter needed to be changed). Upon messaging Brian, he came over asap and fixed the dryer, replaced the filter and bought a new tv. I would stay at any one of Brian’s air bnbs just due to him being a fantastic, attentive host! I know other reviews have mentioned the area seeming unsafe but for the most part we were left completely unbothered and it was quiet.

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed for our Denver trip. The space was clean and well-maintained. Everything was as described and the host provided many useful recommendations for restaurants and other activities in the area.
