Boutique hotel holiday rentals in Central Illinois

What a great stay! Super clean, cozy, a very comfortable bed, and well decorated. We totally loved staying here, there’s so much to do in Washington and this place is perfectly located. The delicious coffee and breakfast included by the Underground was the icing on the cake. We will definitely be back!

We had never been to St. Louis or the surrounding area prior to booking our stay - and honestly would come back again just to book at Le Velo Inn! It is a great launch for day trips into St. Louis, but it could easily be the primary destination itself. There are many neat shops, cafes, and restaurants within close proximity, yet we found it to be very peaceful and relaxing. It is evident that the owners care about the history and character of the building. As individuals who were new to the area, we felt like we were invited into the history of St. Charles and were able to see what makes it so special. The room/suite itself was wonderful and extremely well-equipped with everything you would need for a getaway, and a luxurious one at that! It was nice to have our own private entrance to the street as well and parking was very easy and convenient. We highly recommend and would absolutely stay here again! Le Velo Inn was a gem that made our trip even more memorable!

This place was exactly as described in a fun neighborhood. Clear instructions and good communication. The kitchen has what you need to cook a good meal.

A fantastic stay, right downtown. The room was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Access was great, though due to a car show downtown, parking was difficult. Also be aware, there is live music across the street. It could be heard through the shutters into the night, but not intrusively or obnoxiously so. All in all, a wonderful place in a quaint downtown.

My daughter and myself stayed the night before her wedding. It was beautiful and felt super special. We did have an issue with a light and they quickly brought in a lamp and a lighted mirror. They were so thoughtful with the extra step of the lighted mirror. Great place to stay and get ready for a special day. Bed was super soft and comfortable too. Highly recommend!!

Krista was great. We were in a tornado warning while there and she was able to give us safe places if needed. The place was beautiful and perfect for us. We will stay again in the future.

We only stayed one night, but this was an amazing find. We were nothing but thrilled with our stay, the place is exactly as described and has such a nice layout. If we need to stay in St. Louis in the future, we will definitely consider seeing if one of the rooms at this BnB are available.

Stayed here overnight with my pup. Jennifer was so helpful checking me in late at night. Wish I was able to take advantage of the beautiful pool. Very cool and unique boutique hotel. Would highly recommend!

We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, it was quiet and peaceful, the bed was very soft comfy, and we loved both meals at the restaurant, and the visits to the coffee shop. We enjoyed talking with Lorraine and staff at the restaurant- very kind!
