Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Central Florida

Chet is a wonderful host. He was very responsive and very courteous. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, easy to get to and located close enough to town without the hustle and bustle of in town life. I will definitely keep this place on list of places to stay when visiting my daughter.

Ari was an excellent Airbnb host. Very prompt with all our requests. The house was as described, very comfortable and clean. An extra large pool was a welcome item for everyone when we returned from our excursions every day. I highly recommend this property!

What a great home in The Villages. The home was clean and extremely well equipped for our stay. Close to pools, and a short Golf Cart ride to the town squares! He had guest passes, and instructions ready to go. Would definitely go back and stay at Gary’s home!

If you're coming to Tampa for more than 2 weeks, LOOK NO FURTHER! This property is going to be your FAVORITE place to stay! Being right outside of the hustle and bustle of Tampa, this home is quite, pristine and well kept. The lake in the backyard is stunning and we fished every day! You can have dinners on the boat dock and enjoy the sunset and the birds flying by. It was an oasis for us while we stayed for 5 weeks for a medical trip. The home is clean and had the best stocked spice pantry for cooking needs. Waking up every day to that lake is magical and we were so grateful we stayed here. Brian is a great host! He was responsive and friendly, even bringing over fishing poles and a gift for our son. The house is kid friendly with many games and a tree house in the backyard. Our son caught his first fish at this house. The beds are extremely comfortable and the house is well decorated and updated. We loved the screened in patio too. We will stay here again! From the time I booked until check-out, the host was very helpful. My family and I drove from NC and arrived much earlier than anticipated and the host was very understanding and helpful. She allowed an earlier check in that worked perfectly for us. The house was very clean and clutter free and I would highly recommend 5/5

Rebecca’s place was perfect. We loved the location and the house was great. Our kids loved having access to paddle boards and kayaks.

This place is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood and was exactly as described. The bed was very comfy and I had everything I needed as a single traveler. The room was clean, cozy and welcoming. Stephanie was very responsive with any questions. I will definitely book again when I’m in Orlando.

Everything is excellent! The accommodation is as shown, the neighborhood is quiet and to visit the theme parks is excellent. I recommend and would come back :)

This place was wonderful, great for a 1 night stay to get away. We were in the area to go to Busch Gardens the following day. Everything was clean and organized. Hot tub was nice and relaxing to just enjoy a night to ourselves. We ordered uber eats and they were able to find the place and followed instructions. Elaura was super nice and was clear with everything and answered all questions.

Regina's place is terrific! It's clean, comfortable, and has lots of amenities. She is a great host and a lovely person. We enjoyed our visit and will come back. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice historical home to stay in. Felt like I was stepping back into time in a very comfortable setting. It’s very close and convenient to all the happenings down in Mt Dora and surrounding areas. I would highly recommend staying at Peter and Lisa’s home.

We enjoyed our stay with Chrissy very much. Everything was as stated in the ad. Chrissy is very friendly and very responsive. She accommodates every wish possible. It was our best AirBnb stay ever. If you want to experience Sanford and Central Florida, stay with Chrissy!

Dirk and Erika were extremely communicative. The place was exactly as advertised, and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome in their home. We loved the location, and the front porch of the bungalow unit was very peaceful to have coffee each morning. Great experience overall.

Mikes place was exactly as described , TV’s are way bigger than the photos provided. Check in is easy you don’t have to talk to nobody at the front desk easy access in and out . There is construction going on around the property but that wasn’t a downfall to me. Only downfall is the water is lukewarm in the shower I’m a hot hot hot water person but I understand all residents are on a water heater so overall I am really greatful and appreciative of my stay and highly recommend if you just want somewhere peaceful and nice to sleep at

To begin, this home is beautiful. The pool area was our favorite part. The home is close to the opening of the community. You do hear some street traffic occasionally but it is not bothersome. There is a beautiful view of the golf course from the pool area. The home was stocked with all the basics needed for cooking and grilling. Publix is a short drive away, as well as other shops and restaurants. Overall, a very accessible area. Communication with the host was excellent. If there was a question or something needed, the host responded in a timely manor and took care of. The host and staff were pleasant to work with. Definitely recommend this listing.

BEAUTIFUL home, wonderful area. Close to the beach but private. The hot tub and pool were so convenient and the canal offered the opportunity to kayak or paddle board right from the house. Brought my daughters two dogs and they had a blast as well!! Would definitely stay again!

This was not only an incredible house, but Kyle was also an amazing host. He was extremely responsive and genuinely cared about our stay. We can’t stop raving about how lovely this place was—gorgeous views, cozy cabin vibes, peaceful, and private. We’d definitely come back.

10/10 would recommend this vacation home! Beautiful, spacious home with an awesome outdoor living area. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and spa as well as the outdoor dining/fire table area that comfortably seated our entire family. The kids really liked the game room. The beds and pillows throughout the home were very comfortable. Dawn was a great host and she has fully stocked the house with all the supplies you could ever need. Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows, kitchen items, etc. She even keeps it stocked with a few convenient snacks as well as essentials like spices, coffee, tea, dishwasher tabs, dish liquid, cleaning supplies, etc. There are even little baskets in the bathrooms filled with things you may have forgotten such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, Q-tips, etc. Since we were there around Christmas time, there was a cute little Christmas tree, stockings and a couple of other decorations around the house. She really has thought of everything!

Everyone in our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dexter & Misty's Villa! No complaints and would love to stay here again in the future. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need for cooking any meal. The hot tub and pool were used every day and everybody loved them! They layout of the house is great, with common areas, yet bedrooms split up for pivacy. Any host communication was very fast! We had one minor issue with the pool the first day that was quickly resolved with them going above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! FYI - delivery services such as Doordash, groceries, etc easily dropped off inside the gated community, so we had groceries ready for us upon arrival.

Can’t say enough about Nicola and her property. Our vacation started out rocky at a not so stellar condo. Thankfully we found her property and she was able to accommodate my family the very next day. The house is just as described, very spacious and clean! The location was perfect and close to many restaurants and shopping. Nicola was quick to respond to any of our needs. I will definitely be booking here if we are ever in the area. THANK YOU for being amazing!!

Wow what a house! Luis's house was perfect! Close to all the parks and shops. House was very clean. The pool was amazing and the children loved all the extra pool toys that were availble! Luis is an excellent host and always available to help. The themed rooms were a big hit and we did not want to leave!

Horacio was a great host, responded quickly to requests, the house was very cozy, due to the objective of going to Disney parks, every day, we almost didn't stay in the house during the day so we didn't use the pool much, but we used the whirlpool a lot, it was excellent, the barbecue was very good, I had never seen this system, but the meat is great. Everything was perfect, thanks for the hospitality
