Holiday rentals with a patio in Central Eleuthera

Loved our stay. Our hosts were incredibly informative and friendly from the moment we booked, through to when I ran out of milk on our last night. So friendly and helpful. The apartment felt new (super clean) but homely, with all the extras you needed for fun days at the beach, comfy beach chairs, great snorkels and a light weight parasol which was perfect shade for our son. Design of the apartment was beautifully done & the shower was a dream. Better than the photos! The location is close enough to walk to a coffee house, lovely restaurant, bar & supermarket but we’re glad we hired a car as it’s still needed if you want to explore the many beautiful beaches in the area. Thank you for a fantastic end to our trip.

This unit was fantastic! Beautifully decorated … you could not help but feel joyful walking into the space. The kitchen was well-stocked and every time I’d think, “I wonder if they have x” it was there. It was also great to be walkable to some restaurants. Highly reco thus wonderful place!

Brittany, the host, responded to all my questions immediately and the apartment was decorated beautifully and was spotless! We loved our ocean view and the pool was nice after a day at the beach! You need a car to see the beautiful beaches on Eleuthera but the apartment is very close to two of the nicest beaches and is convenient to our two favorite restaurants. We’ve been to Eleuthera six times and this was one of our favorites!

This was the perfect spot for a relaxing weekend getaway. We had such a peaceful stay. The setting was tranquil and the apartment was beautifully decorated. All the amenities were top-notch, and we were really impressed with the various, convenient QR coded instructions. Communication with our host, Farrell, was also seamless! He was responsive and considerate - ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. We will definitely be staying here whenever we visit South Eleuthera!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit is beautifully decorated and has a kitchen stocked with everything need to cook delicious meals at home. We loved the location; close to town (walkable). The shared pool is beautiful! The hosts were so kind and made our stay the best that it could be. We would 100% stay here again!

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday and stayed at Swanson's Place, and it was the perfect spot to mark this milestone with my nephew and girlfriend who lives in that area. The 2-bedroom accommodation provided ample space and comfort for both of us, and the fully functional kitchen was a dream come true. With all the basic equipment and utensils we needed, we were able to cook up a storm and even host a dinner party for my two friends who live in the area. The location was ideal, with dining options, beaches, and the famous Ocean Hole at Rock Sound within walking distance. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal retreat. I would highly recommend Swanson's Place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay on Eleuthera. Our 2nd stay at Ken’s place was nothing short of fabulous! Perfectly situated, clean, & well-equipped with everything we needed, including beach chairs, a hair dryer, a few drinking waters to get you started, & a breathtaking view. The washer and dryer were a great convenience, (leave most of your clothes at home & just bring swimsuits & sunscreen). The comfy bed ensured we were well-rested for each day's adventures. We enjoyed the peace and tranquility, with great snorkeling, swimming, & fishing spots just a short walk down the hill. One of the highlights was the amazing hospitality provided by Sherrie, who was always available to help with any questions and has become a treasured friend. Claudette was also fantastic, making sure everything was clean and comfortable. We love the little community Kens place is in. Everyone is friendly & welcoming but also quiet & peaceful. We can’t wait to return for another incredible vacation Mind @Ease. Thank you for an unforgettable experience!

If it were possible to rate Shannon higher I would. Shannon’s place was neat and had all the amenities including solar and high speed internet. Shannon was great at communication and was extremely responsive. When we checked in she had mangoes and papaya and water waiting for us and she brought over brownies on the second morning and a lovely blueberry cake our third day. Everyday she offered great advice and her guidebook was very informative. The kitchen was fully stocked and we were able to find everything we needed. She also had tons of things in the bathroom. Including razors and shampoo and bug spray which you will need on the islands. I can’t think of anything we needed that Shannon did not provide. She’s a great host.

We had an absolutely perfect stay at Gena’s beach cottage on the beach! It was ideal for our small family—cozy, well-equipped, and exactly as described and pictured. The location is unbeatable. We practically had the entire beach to ourselves, and the view was simply stunning. One of the highlights for our son was finding over 80 sand dollars right out front—pure magic. Communication with Gena was seamless from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Highly recommend and would return!

Our stay in Eleuthera was absolutely incredible, and this Airbnb made it all the more special. The hosts truly thought of everything — from the little touches that made it feel like home to the thoughtful details that made our beach vacation effortless and family-friendly. The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. It’s rare to find a place that balances comfort and style so well, especially one that works so seamlessly for families. We loved how close it was to the beach and how easy it was to settle in and just be. And the view at night? Unbelievable. Easily the most stunning nighttime view I’ve ever seen — peaceful, starlit skies over the ocean that felt like something out of a dream. We left with full hearts and beautiful memories. If you’re thinking about booking — do it. This place is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back.

Sonya was super nice and friendly. 1 min walk to Ronnie’s bar and Matty’s bbq (fri-sat). 5 min walk to fridays fish fry. 12 min walk to Eleuthera supply (groceries). Not a fancy part of town, but safe and everyone was welcoming and helpful.

This was a last minute Anniversary trip. The cottage, as I like to describe it was amazing. From the stunning sunrises as you are waking to the sounds of the waves in the evenings. Noreen has thought of everything. The amenities are boundless. Anything you need is right there from glass and dinnerware, to snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, etc. The location is remote, but you are just down the road from French Leave Beach, one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. The bedding was by far the most comforatable we have experienced. This is the most romantic spot!!

My group and I really enjoyed our stay. Deberia’s place was as described and included everything you need in a home away from home. You will definitely need transportation when staying at this location but that’s expected on a island.

Amazing location for privacy and serenity! Lisa was amazing to deal with from the beginning. We went with her recommendations even with rental car and boat charter. The bay where the house is, feels like you are totally on your own in this beautiful setting. Both of our kids were in the water most of the day. It was like having a huge pool of your own. Mosquito situation is a little crazy once sun comes down but it is everywhere on the island. House was fully stocked and very comfortable.
