We had a wonderful stay at Garden Gate. The place was spotless. The courtyard garden was gorgeous. Check-in was easy, and communication was great. Highly recommend, and I'm sure we'll return next time we're in town to visit the university. The bed is quite soft (not saggy, just soft), but it's something to consider if you have back issues.

The apartment was clean, bright and open with plenty of space. There are many amenities to enjoy but during the COVID-19 pandemic most of these were closed. The pool at this time is open and we enjoyed it very much. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. The bathrooms had deep soaking tubs and the kitchen was great for cooking gourmet meals.

Great place. I stayed at Mike’s place for a month and found the unit very clean. Everything was as advertised. The facility has a large pool, a hot tub, plenty or parking. Parking is unassigned and open to anyone but totally safe. We always found parking spots. Free EV charging which was not mentioned in the post but turned out to be a bonus. If you use the EV chargers there’s no need to register or open an account, simply plug in. There’s a large gym, I can’t remember if it was 24/7 but it was always open. The gym is open now and provides wipes for people to clean the equipment after use. Plenty of grass for dogs to poop in. There’s also an internet café which I really liked. If you need a quiet place to get work done this is the place. Free coffee too. The unit itself has a desk, internet, DVD player, smart TV. Everything I needed really. Plenty of extra towels and sheets. Friendly staff, I never needed them during my stay but just running into them in the hallway or parking lot they said hi and were welcoming.

RiverPointe Resort is a wonderful (timeshare) alternative to a typical Napa Hotel. It is my “go to”. Eric’s place is the typical wonderful RiverPointe unit. Highly recommended!! If booking through AirBnB v. Directly through resort…Just be sure to double check with RiverPointe front desk 24 hours before checking to confirm they have your name on the Hosts reservation.

I had an amazing time at this Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been better—it was right in the heart of Telare, making it super easy to explore everything the town has to offer. One of my favorite perks was that it’s situated right above a bar, which was so convenient for grabbing a drink without even stepping far from the front door. It added such a fun, unique vibe to the stay! There’s tons to do in Telare itself. From checking out local shops to enjoying great restaurants, I never ran out of things to explore. Beyond the town, the Airbnb is perfectly positioned for day trips to some incredible national parks. I loved how drivable it was to Kings Canyon, Sequoia National Park, and even Yosemite—being able to visit these natural wonders so easily was a huge highlight of my trip. As someone who lives in the city, I found this spot to be the perfect escape to experience small-town charm. It’s exactly the kind of getaway I needed, and I can see why it’s recommended for city dwellers.

Great place at a great price. Deposit shocked me a little because I was traveling on a fixed budget but it was back in my bank account in less than 2 days after my checkout. Place was in a great location.

We loved the place and amenities it offered. Although we were a little disappointed in the actual place not matching the photos on Airbnb it still was very lovely and worked out perfectly

The unit is in an excellent location, has underground parking (+ 1 extra pass), and is steps from the cozy spa. Thoughtful touches like extra dog toys, a firewood allotment, and board/ski hanging pegs were much appreciated. The master bed is firm but the second bed has a memory foam pad for a softer feel. Five stars for our outstanding host, Karl. Not only was he responsive with clear, courteous, and helpful communication, but he was also very gracious. I made a huge error at booking and he went well above his obligation in working with me. When the fire stick for the tv glitched out (obviously not his fault), he promptly went out of his way to bring us a new one. I can’t recommend this host enough. Thank you, Karl!
