Villa holiday rentals in Central Athens Regional Unit

Our stay at this accommodation was very pleasant. The fully fenced property offers security and privacy, and the multiple private parking spaces are super convenient. The location is perfect: Athens is quickly accessible by car, and everything needed can be found locally as well. The accommodation is well-equipped, and John had the nice gesture of providing us with basic essentials and snacks. John's service deserves particular mention. He responds very quickly to inquiries and is very helpful. He had already provided comprehensive information in advance, so most of our questions were already answered. A good recommendation for anyone who values comfort and good service.

Ten family members had a fabulous vacation staying in this property. Plenty of space. Tables in the living room and kitchen. It is a 15 to 30 minute walk to the tourist areas. The train is a 10 minute walk. The elevator was a must have as the house is actually 6 stories.

it was one of the best airbnbs i have visited in europe! the host was one of the best! always responded in 2 minutes whatever we needed! the house is amazing! the photos does not describe how good the house was! the house clean and amazing furniture and design! i am already planing my next trip to athens because of this house!

We were a party of 7 and had an incredible stay at Gina’s home. She and Vasileious were there to greet us and do a brief walk through of the house when we arrived. Everything was extremely well-thought out, the keyless entry, the passcodes, separate bath and beach towels, cold water, coffee, snacks and fruit - even the basic pharmacy, first aid cupboard!! The home was meticulously cleaned and had beautiful artwork that made us feel right at home. The outdoor spaces were well-manicured and offered both gathering space for the large group, and also small areas to enjoy alone! Gina and Vasilieous were kind, generous, thoughtful and informative! We HIGHLY recommend them as hosts and to stay in this beautiful home.

Very clean, Huge balcony with a beautiful view of the city and sea. We stayed as a family with an 18 month old baby and the house was fully equipped appropriate for babies such as crib, high chair, training potties and toys. It has own garage parking with a beautiful green garden. We felt very at home during our stay and host was very nice and easy to communicate with.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Der Blick auf die Akropolis war atemberaubend. Die Treppe zur wundervollen Dachterrasse etwas abenteuerlich :) Perfekt auch zum Arbeiten mit tollem Blick!

We felt so lucky to have found such a great place . The location was perfect and the air conditioning worked which was really important. You could walk everywhere and felt safe and lots of great restaurants and places of interest nearby although the street itself was quiet and has a lovely view. One bed was hard and one a bit softer so worth checking out which to sleep in if you’re fussy about beds ( which I am). the only complaint was the pillows were all high. Too high for my neck so I had to improvise but they were fine for my companions. Do ask the owner about directions via local landmarks ( such as the nearby school or car park) as it was tricky to find when we first arrived but well worth the effort. Would happily stay there again. Highly recommended.

Our stay at the villa was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming, spacious house exceeded all our expectations. One of the highlights was undoubtedly the swimming pool. It was a fantastic way to relax and cool off during the day. Spending the evening on the terrace was equally enjoyable, with the summery night atmosphere making it an ideal spot to enjoy our drinks while watching the stars The house itself is well maintained and tastefully decorated, offering a comfortable and luxurious environment. Each room was spacious and well-appointed, making it easy to feel at home. The combination of modern amenities with charming, cozy touches made for a wonderfully welcoming experience. Huset var fantastiskt och hade allt man kan tänka sig. Stor och fräsch pool, oändliga lounge-ytor och vackra platser att äta middagar på. Den stora grillen var också ovärderlig för oss! Huset och området kändes lite off (i alla fall på lågsäsong), så man är tvungen att åka bil för att handla etc. Det var dock inga problem eftersom det var enkelt att få tag på taxi.

Wir waren zu 13 als Familie in der Unterkunft. Insgesamt war alles Super und wir haben sehr schöne Tage in der Villa verbringen können. Die einzigen Punkte die uns aufgefallen waren: - Kein Schlüssel für das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss und Obergeschoss. Wir hatten auch Gäste da und bei so vielen Personen war das unangenehm. Der Gastgeber hat dies selbst erst bemerkt als wir eingecheckt haben. Für viele Mängel wurden die letzten Besucher verantwortlich gemacht. Aber ersetzt oder repariert wurde nichts, was wir schade fanden. - Manchmal gab es Probleme mit dem warmen Wasser für die Dusche nach Mitternacht. Selbst nach langem probieren gab es Nachts kein warmes Wasser und wir mussten bis zum morgen warten. Dies war nicht so optimal, da wir so viele Personen waren und ich mich abends für meine Hochzeit fertig machen wollte. - Wir hatten 2 Babybetten, jedoch fehlte die Matratze für eines und wir haben kein ersatz bekommen. Ansonsten war aber alles super und wir würden die Villa empfehlen.

Die Kommunikation mit Aggelos und dem Team war top. Sehr freundlich und schnell im antworten. Die Wohnung ist traumhaft, von der schönen Aussicht bis hin zur Ausstattung und dem Pool. Haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa Melandrina daher sehr genoßen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Let me start by saying that Foteini is one of the best host and one of the sweetest person I've ever met. From the moment the gate opens, your jaw drops in awe. The villa is spotless, and the view is spectacular. Very private, this is the perfect place to relax!

Beautiful place and krassy is very nice person

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Andy a été d’une parfaite disponibilité pendant notre séjour. De l’organisation à notre arrivée jusqu’à notre départ. Le lieu est situé au calme à 30 minutes du centre d’Athènes et à l’écart de la circulation automobile. La vue qui surplombe la métropole grecque et au loin la mer est inégalable. This was the perfect location to explore Glyfada, only a 10 minute walk to the beach and access to restaurants and shops etc. There was fab deli and bakery just round the corner to stock up on essentials and everything we needed. The pool area was lovely and we were lucky the neighbours next door were on holiday so it felt very private for us, otherwise if they were there I’m not sure it would have had the same vibe! The house is quirky and felt large enough to house 7 of us without being ontop of each other! Plenty of space, towels and kitchen bits! We really appreciated the flexibility with check in and check out and the owners were very helpful and very friendly to deal with so thank you very much!

Marianthi was an amazing host! Extremely helpful and responsive. The property is perfect for a relaxing stay and it looks amazing in real life in a way that can’t be seen through photos. We would definitely choose to stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone that is looking for a stay in the area!!

The Villa was amazing in every possible way. It’s very clean and kept that way during your. The interior is very pleasant. The view ist stunning. I couldn’t get enough of it The pool area and garden are lovely. Everything you need is close by i.e. restaurants and shops. Nina is an absolute angel and helps you if you need anything. She answered directly when I texted her and went above and beyond when I needed her help. You get a nice welcome with coffee and pastries and a little something on other days. I loved that! This is not my usual price category but I saw the pictures online and couldn’t resist. It is worth every cent. I am definitely coming back.
