Holiday rentals with a pool in Central Athens Regional Unit

Our second time staying here this place is amazing, great location and very private.

Beautiful apartment that had everything you needed, very comfortable, great indoor heated pool, squeeky clean with great modern styling, and right near the center of the city. Will definitely keep this place in mind for next year, thanks again Petros!

The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Stocked with everything you need to cook. The backyard was a peaceful oasis to relax after exploring in Athens. The neighborhood had a great grocery store and a fun playground just a block away. 100% recommend.

Wow is all I can say. Me and 3 friends stayed at the heART house and absolutely loved it. You can find something new and interesting to look at everyday. A beautiful home and Angie was a beautiful host, always messaging me to check up on us and giving us great recommendations for food and markets near by. It is perfectly located being far enough from the city in a relaxing part of town, but only a €6-7 taxi ride to downtown Athens. 10/10 would stay here again!

Naso and Luisa were easy to talk and very proactive with the last minute information. They helped us each step of the way and they careda lot to feel welcomed and to completely embracing the serene location, the view that is indescribable because one has to experience it. Be mindful of the car you rent because it has some peddles till you get there. Its close to big central points suchbus Varkiza, Vouliagmeni and Ag. Paraskevi. Work experiencing the Vouliagmeni four seasons Astir for a dinner night. We only went to a restaurant once because my husband and mybfathwe in law took advantage of the he barbeque and we found the pool and garden areas great for shadow and sun. Perfect for yoga in the morning or just a gentle waking with a nice cup of coffee. Updating some amenities like the coffee machine would be a plus but we found our ways. The place offers a lot of towels and sheets so you'll never feel like you run out if you have multiple guests. Its a little oasis of peace.

This home was AMAZING 🤩!!! The pool, the bed so comfy, the tv in the living room was like 95 inches wide!!! It was like a movie theater!!! Had all the amenities and more!! Wish it was my home!! Great job stavros!!! Looking forward to stay again in the summer at your place! Thank you!!

Nice two floor apartment in a new building. It has two terraces with amazing view, pool was clean and heated. Easy self check in. There's no microwave or we just didn't find it 🤷 Parking in underground garage is very narrow, only for small cars.

Great stay and host was lovely and so helpful. I'm very impressed with the apartment and pool on top was a nice extra.

I will try to keep it as simple as possible. - The building Generally looks amazing & very luxury , also extremely clean and with the necessary lighting during the night (Entry works with pin , and for me this is a big plus.) - The apartment was extremely clean, well organized & very well maintained, AC works perfectly for heating at 24 Celcius during the Spring season (March 2025.) . - For the location I will keep it simple, I really don't know nothing, I use my car for everything every time (I was there on business trip.) I found with ease parking places near to the road (free.) , supermarkets around the neighborhood & Gas Station was extremely close , That's all from my side. - For me was very important that I can train in the Fitness area , just the basics, don't wait Deadlift platforms , Squat racks , etc , some light dumbbells, a few cardio machines , a kettlebell until 16 kg, that's all, it was very nice for circulation some blood in my body. Luxury, Comfortable, Perfect!

The villa is amazing and the host Marika is more than welcoming! We arrived late at night and she waited for us with snacks in case we were hungry. She gave us great directions for beach and restaurants. The house is driving distance to beach, not walking. But the beach is one of the best I have tried. Beach clubs and beautiful sand beach. I’m coming back!

Maria was a fantastic and welcoming host with an outstanding accomodation. She answered all of our questions almost instantly regardless of time and was very flexible with anything we needed. The pool was able to be heated (helpful in March) and was pristine with a gorgeous view. The location was close enough to Athens to get there within an hour and the nearby attractions like Lake Vouglimeni and Temple of Poseidon were only 20 minutes away. There were many beaches close by too including Saronida right at the bottom of the hill. The house far exceeded our expectations with cleanliness and space. Most days my family just wanted to gather and sit outside on the back patio area. That was all the vacation we needed :) Next time we are in Greece, we know exactly where we will be staying! Our 11-person group had a fantastic stay! A short drive from the airport revealed a breathtaking view that set the tone for our trip. The amenities were top-notch, exceeding all expectations and ensuring a comfortable stay. The house was more than just a place to sleep, it was a wonderful space where we often chose to relax instead of touring the countryside. Our host was incredibly helpful and responsive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend this place! With good weather, it's paradise, but even on cloudy days, its charm shines through.
