Monthly Rentals in Central Asia

I am happy to stay in this accommodation. Although it is difficult for me to go up to the 4th floor with a large suitcase using only stairs, but when I entered I was very entertained by the very pleasant accommodation. Everything I need is in this accommodation. The location makes it very easy for me to find food. Close to the mall and a large supermarket. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Thank you to Narmin for hosting us at her beautiful apartment in Baku, the location for us was just what we were looking for and just a 10 minute walk to the railway station in one direction and you can reach the city centre and old town in around 30 mins. Whilst we did not have the pleasure to meet Narmin she was available at all times and responded quickly with any questions. Check in instructions were clear and Narmin speaks excellent English and made us feel relaxed and welcomed. We loved the apartment, light and airy with a balcony, well equipped kitchen and washing machine located in the shower room. The toilet and shower were separate which is great when travelling with friends as we did meaning no long waits to use the loo. I love the charm of these Soviet type apartment blocks and would gladly recommend Narmin’s apartment to family and friends and have no hesitation to return if / when I’m back in Baku. Amazing host. Beautiful apartment. Clean and spacious. All the mentioned amenities were present. Great location with accessible restaurants and places to visit. Totally recommended!

- Communicated quickly, in the app the host of the apartment responded almost immediately - We helped to do everything with the registration, although in my case it was not easy - The photo fully matches - Infrastructure nearby, two supermarkets, a bank in the same building, you can make a card in the bank, even if you are a non-resident of RU - Warmth in the apartment, there were no problems with the temperature - The courtyard is small, you can sit on a bench - View from the window of one-story houses - There is no one in the neighboring apartments What to note (these are not flaws, just list the features): - The shower drain can sometimes get clogged to clean the drain cover opens, I didn't know about it initially, so I didn't manage to clean the drain myself - Sometimes in the morning or at midnight there may be no hot water, but warm or cool, this is not constant, only in January several times happened - The metro is far away - This apartment, together with three more opens to a small corridor where the washing machine is located
