Beautiful view of the lake, beyond peaceful, several great hikes near by and this lake house felt like home.

Beautiful location on Center Lake. The house was perfect. Very comfortable and plenty of space for 6 adults. Comfortable beds, quiet location, and a well-stocked kitchen. I wish we were able to fully enjoy our stay, but we were in town for a wedding so it was a quick in and out. On top of that, mother nature was not cooperating. We did not have too much free time, but we did get to Burgess Falls which was suggested by Michael. I would highly recommend Michael's home. Ideal for a family vacation.

House was beautiful. So very private. Outdoor dining table was so big and perfect setting. We enjoyed our stay very much. Host was helpful flexible and very responsive when there was a small issue. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic family Christmas celebration at Lisa’s Shoreside Retreat @Center Hill Lake, TN! With our immediate family spread across Indiana, Alabama, and North Carolina, this central location was perfect for bringing everyone together. Lisa was incredibly accommodating, responsive, and thoughtful—she even provided a Christmas tree to make our holiday extra special! The house comfortably hosted our group of 6 adults, 5 children, and a newborn, offering plenty of space to gather together or have quiet moments as needed. The kids and grandkids had a blast exploring the lake, climbing rocks, and "fishing" with their creative stick-and-string poles. It was a truly memorable stay, and we can’t wait to return to Shoreside Retreat!

This cabin is perfect for a peaceful getaway. It’s a quiet neighborhood (the few surrounding neighbors). The fire pit was nice and the inside is beautiful. There were lots of games to play and home amenities that were thoughtful. If you are bringing your young children bring eating plates, cups, and cutlery. The shower was very spa like. The river below is a nice view and there are wonderful state parks close by.

Great place! Very clean. I would definitely consider staying again if we vacation in the same area. We appreciated having two common rooms for our extended family to stay together, nice bedrooms and extra sleeping spaces in basement common room, and good # of bathrooms. The deck was a nice place to sit/rock and enjoy the peaceful winter days (when warm enough). Basement (2 bedrooms and baths + a common space) was cold but mostly taken care of by quality space heaters. We liked being able to walk to the small marina and through the campground loops. Extremely quiet area during our winter holiday visit. I imagine there is more action in the summer (lake) months. Thanks for a quality stay!

Place was great, my friends and I loved it 10/10 would go again some notes were; lots of mosquitoes when we went but we had some bug spray which helped. The river was also unswimable due to all the recent storms. Sallie was great and the place was incredible it was in mother nature's hands and she had other things in mind

Laurie was the perfect host! The home was beautiful and spacious with lots to do. She was thoughtful in providing anything a traveler could need. We also saw beautiful wildlife right outside! I highly recommend you stay here.

We loved our stay in Rock Island, TN. The home was absolutely beautiful with adorable decorations and modern furniture. The kitchen was huge with everything we needed, and each bedroom has its own bathroom (perfect for traveling with teens/young adults). There were plenty of board games upstairs that kept the young ones busy, and the rocking chairs on the front porch was a perfect place to have your morning coffee. The grounds offered a beautiful view with a relaxing environment. Elizabeth provided a binder with things to do and many local restaurant suggestions. It is clear that she took a lot of time to prepare guests for a great stay. Rock Island State Park, Cumberland Caverns, and Burgess Falls are all close, and make the trip to McMinville for Collins River BBQ to see the cute downtown area. Make the trip now, because it looks like this area is going to continue to build new homes. Elizabeth was very relaonvile and extremely helpful. We appreciated the hosts’ help and info a ton!

This cabin perfect place to unwind and reconnect with nature! The cabin was cozy and inviting, with a fireplace that added to the relaxing atmosphere. We enjoyed spending our days simply soaking in the peaceful surroundings - the sauna was the highlight during our visit in the winter! The cabin had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. I look forward to coming back in the summer for lake boating. We highly recommend for anyone looking for a tranquil getaway.

We booked this home on a whim when our camping plans were ruined due to weather. Amanda graciously allowed us to book late Friday night and arrive the next morning. We are so grateful for her responsiveness! The home is tucked away down some mountain roads, but Amanda’s instructions were clear and allowed us to find the home easily. Having never been to the area we didn’t know what to expect, but were blown away by the beauty and serenity of Center Hill Lake. The home was perfectly clean when we arrived and stocked with everything we needed. We especially loved the sunroom and outdoor fire pit. Amanda was responsive with any questions we had throughout our stay as well. I highly recommend this home and this host! My group is already looking forward to our next visit to the area and hope to stay in this home again!

We had a great weekend at Marshall’s place! I was especially pleased with the kitchen. We’ve stayed places where there weren’t enough plates and only a few utensils, and this kitchen was wonderfully stocked with everything we needed to cook Thanksgiving dinner! The setting of the cabin was beautiful and it was very peaceful. It’s tricky to find the place by using the GPS but Marshall sent really helpful directions. Follow those!! The cabin was clean and comfortable throughout. Highly recommend!

Incredible location and very beautiful views from the deck. The home was clean and check in was simple. My kids loved walking down to Johnson Chapel rec area for fun in the water. I would absolutely recommend this lovely place to anyone.

Awesome place over looking CHL. We were here for my daughters wedding at Chestnut Falls. It's location was everything I needed with it being 5 miles away. The accommodations for multifamily/ friends was perfect!!! Thank you for everything!

This is a wonderful and relaxing place! We stayed for Labor Day weekend and had the best time! The house is spotless and beautifully decorated with a lot of little details that make it cozy and relaxing. Beautiful view of the lake with easy lake access. We rented a boat from Hurricane Marina (which is close and convenient) for one day and spent the rest of the weekend roasting marshmallows and enjoying the peace and quiet. I highly recommend this for a couples weekend or for the family.
