Family-friendly holiday rentals in Center Hill Lake

Tuscany Inn is really lovely and well-thought out. If something isn't provided your hosts will find a way to get it to you. Communication was wonderful even before we got there. The rooms/cabins (we rented the combo) were absolutely perfect for us and our daughter. Esther's food is REALLY good. The hot tubs were clean. There were plenty of towels. I would stay here again in a heartbeat if only to hang with the hosts. The only negatives as at were: (1) the walking "trail" on the property wasn't mowed and the grass was so high I abandoned trying. We never took our dog there because it was just too overgrown. (2) Be aware that the owners have two dogs who are incredibly sweet to people but not necessarily to other animals. When we took our dog out, we'd round theirs up and put them inside - not a hardship but something to be aware of as the dogs would come to the fence of our cabin and one would growl at our dog. Just something to think about if you're bringing your own pet.

Great condo with everything you need! Incredibly clean and well appointed. For my family, the proximity to the lake was key in our selection... made it easy to spend every day on the water. Lara was very easy to work with and I would definitely return to this condo in the future!

Wonderful stay w family for Grandson's Graduation was Perfect, Beautiful view house was Great easy instructions easy checking out very private, Center Hill Lake is gorgeous lake two town East & West of you w pretty much anything You need Ashley I wonderful Host, she worked with Me when I messed up on the dates very Thankful for that

This place was perfect for a leadership retreat. It offered great accommodations in a peaceful setting. This was our second time to stay here and we were not disappointed. FYI…we drove 12 minutes to Chestnut Oaks Farm Table & Restaurant for a great meal one night.

Head and shoulders above the rest! Much better than the typical Airbnb with five star ratings. This is a true five star rural destination stay, not a stopover getting a courtesy five-star rating. No comparison with the typical highly rated Airbnb - this place is special. The cabins are well made with rustic feel - not old & worn with glossed over touches. Dan & Joann have done wonders with funky & country decor touches inside & out. And the farm is spectacular - mowed shorter grass walking paths, nearby stream, much wildlife. I had a fabulous time with picking & singing tunes each evening with Dan & friends! And I'm no pro, but the whole experience was comfortable, warm & inviting. I have new friends in Dan & Joann - maybe even new family! I'll be back!

The house was very cozy and peaceful with beautiful surroundings. Quick drive to downtown Cookeville. We wish we could have stayed longer. Anna was a great host.

We really enjoyed this place. We stayed at one of the smaller houses in the past. The extra room, King bed and a comfy sofa were great. Enjoyed breakfast on the screened porch. Great to get away from the city.

We stayed for 4 months during the winter and really enjoyed our time at the cottage. We were looking for a peaceful & quiet getaway in nature and that’s exactly what we got. It was so comfy and relaxing. We loved having our morning coffee in the sunroom over looking the lake. Kitchen is well equipped, wifi was super fast, lots of TV channels. There’s no cell service, but with the fast wifi you didn’t really need it. We were sad to leave! Would definitely come back, and absolutely recommend Melissa’s place for anyone who wants a peaceful escape.

Debi’s place was perfect. It’s peaceful and beautiful. It had the best equipped kitchen I’ve seen yet in an Air BNB. The welcome was warm. We hope to return many times for a restorative getaway.

Very secluded, but I felt very safe being on the back side of their property. Dan and his wife both showed me out to the cabin which was situated right in the middle of the most beautiful area of wilderness! I was making a last minute stop, driving with my dog from Houston up to New York and I didn't want my dog to have to deal with a hotel room. This was the perfect solution. Quiet and comfy. It is very dark, so if you plan on arriving after sundown be sure to bring a flashlight! They do have some string lights but I had to use to my phone to navigate the bathroom. Great find!

What a wonderful place to spend time with family! The kitchen and dining room and especially the porch made for wonderful gathering places. Bill was responsive when I had any questions. The housekeeper and her husband were very welcoming and kind! The yard is beautiful. We enjoyed walking the property and playing bocce ball. We selected this property because it was near River Pointe Ranch where my daughter was getting married. It was the perfect place for the whole family to stay.

Absolutely beautiful spot to get away. Very quite and serene. Lovely view and lovely deck! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Place was great, the lake is very beautiful, lots of parking, and Mitchell was a fantastic host. Mitchell was very responsive and friendly.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Cookeville! The loft was spotless, thoughtfully furnished, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location truly couldn't be better— just a short walk to all the must-visit spots in town. Whether it was grabbing icecream, browsing local shops, or enjoying dinner downtown, everything was just steps away. We felt relaxed and welcomed from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be staying here again the next time we’re in town!

We LOVED Crystal & Resa’s space!! The pictures truly do not do it justice. We stayed here for our wedding and my bridal party got glammed up at the extra large table and everyone still had plenty of space to relax and get ready all around. They were so quick to reply with any questions once we arrived and the folks at their shop were also super kind and helpful when we had a couple last minute things delivered there! Highly recommend!

We booked Sister's Cottage incredibly last minute. We had an unfortunate situation at another Air B&B that made it an unsleepable situation. We were SO grateful that they took us so last minute. The place smelled amazing and it was perfect for our family of 5! Would definitely recommend and would definitely rebook if we were ever in the area!

We had a fantastic stay! The house was just perfect. It was close to Fall Creek Falls, great trails all around. We loved the location. Our view from the back deck was beautiful wooded area. The view from the front porch was a beautiful pasture with horses. The roads were nice to walk each morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great location, perfect for hosting a few friends for dinner and some rounds of corn-hole!

We had a great stay at the Lakehouse! The home was clean, organized and obtained all the essentials. Would love to visit again soon!

IT WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Let me start out by saying we rented the cabin at 9:30 am on Friday & was checked in by 11pm that night! He had flexible check in times which suited mine & my husband’s schedule perfectly! I have a 15 & 12 yr olds that are hard to impress!!! THEY DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE!!! It’s the perfect home away from home! The main BR , down stairs, has a lower back porch access with an amazing view thats great for you & the hubby to relax on late at night/day. The adjacent BR down stairs doesn’t have access to the down stairs porch area,which was perfect for my kids. However the window view of the lake is breathing so the kids weren’t missing out. The bathroom was homey & the bathtub had room for a bigger individual to take a bubble bath in ,which i did enjoy alot! Upstairs was homey & spacious with all our needs met! THE MAIN LEVEL PORCH VIEW IS TO DIE FOR DAY & NITE! LAKE WAS SECONDS & LOCAL WATERFALLS WERE MINS AWAY WE ❤️ EVERY MIN. PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME! ❤️
