Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Center District

Absolutely gorgeous view of the area. I am an Israeli and this is my favorite place to stay when I go back home. The hotel is lovely. The apartment was cleaned weekly. There is a small kitchen area, washer dryer. I would stay there again

Amazing apartment with truly great views. The unit was immaculate, and outfitted with everything from shampoo to phone/laptop chargers. Amihai responds almost instantly to any communication, and makes sure that everything goes well.

I rented this unit for a month because my daughter living in Israel got married. The apartment became and will always be heart of our experience. Our In-laws also rented a unit in the building and it couldn’t have been more perfect for us to be able to get to know each other and share meals together. The views from the balcony are majestic I have a month full of both sunrise and sunset pictures. The apartment is very spacious and functional. Kitchen has everything necessary to cook and i did a lot of cooking. Cameron the unit manager was the best, anything I reached out to him for he responded literally immediately and was just so kind and helpful throughout our stay. The building itself and the amenities are great we all made a lot of use of pool, saunas and gym. Really really nice. The area is amazing being so close to Levinski market and Florentine, my adult children thoroughly enjoyed exploring and enjoying everything around. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Spacious apartment in a great location, close to restaurants, center of Neve Tzedek, and Florentine. YouTube videos explaining all of the main things about the apartment were very helpful. The host was responsive. Note that the washer and dryer are a single unit. We found that the dryer was inadequate, but we used the drying rack, which worked fine.

Отель как я понял 1949 годов постройки, очень низкие потолки мне кажется 2.20, примерно. на балконе модно увидеть на сколько старое здание, снаружи обшарпано. Но! как я смотрел и выбирал жилье в Израиле плохо с выбором жилья, номерные фонды устарели. В целом в квартире было все кроме столовой соли. на кровати матрас средней жесткости. Мои ожидания были равны реальности. Я не ожидал другого. в Израиле к сожалению дорого, но это наверное лучшее по цене и качеству. что понравилось больше всего то что пляж рядом очень хороший, и место прям перед отелем тоже лучшее оно центральное и есть пляжный бар и лежаки, для меня это было главное. вода чистая, погода была отличная. по поводу еды советую просто заказывать через wolt, так как в округе в основном кошерные заведения, хотя там и вкусно готовят.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment ! The place was exactly as described – modern, clean, and super comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and shops, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Katia was an amazing host – she was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and ensured everything was set up for a smooth stay. One of the highlights was the incredible view from the balcony – it was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the surroundings. The building also had a great gym, which was a fantastic bonus. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tel Aviv – I’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Rachel’s place. My 4 year old had his own room which was great. We had everything we needed there. Everything was so clean and there are extra sheets and towels. We’ll definitely be back!

Elinore was very accommodating and responsive. I had a layover for a flight with awkward check-in and checkout time and she made me feel right at home with a late check-out. She was very responsive and always available to reach out to. The place is like the photos, no hidden surprises. I was only there for one night but the bathroom was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the wifi and aircon worked flawlessly. Would reccomend. Oh and the massage chair is a great bonus

Me and my two boys (12 & 16 ) stayed at the apartment for two weeks in August. We enjoyed our stay very much. Me and the older used the bedrooms and the younger slept in the leaving room. Despite the central location , with restaurants just minutes away , it was very quiet during the night . The kitchen area was relatively small , however it was equipped with everything needed to cook and enjoy breakfast and dinner , we usually ate out for lunch. We enjoyed the roof top to watch the sunset and view the boats sailing away, during the day it was too hot to sit on the roof top . The pool was amazing in the mornings and evenings! Having the underground parking was great during hot summer days. Guy was available for our questions and quickly replied .

Staying at Irene's place was comfortable and pleasing. Irene is so very nice and responsive. There was an issue with a water drip from the ceiling which could not be helped during our stay. Irene answered any questions we had and made sure to provide extra items we needed on short notice. Everything was as described. The neighborhood and neighbors are nice and the pool was a perfect addition. The location is great for getting around the Sharon area towns without too much traffic.

Yaniv was an excellent host. He was prompt to answer any questions. The location is incredible with an absolutely breathtaking view of the city. The building amenities were unique and a great added benefit. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fabulous experience with our stay in this apt. It is fully equipped with useful items for the beach and pool, and with supplies for children (baby bath tub, crib, bed rail, hi chair, infant bounce seat). This is a beautifully furnished and clean apt. Sarah and Elad were incredibly responsive and helpful.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The apartment was spotless, cozy, and just as described, with clear and detailed instructions that made everything seamless. The host's contact person was incredibly communicative, always quick to respond, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. Michal is a wonderful host — warm, welcoming, and attentive. We had a fantastic time staying at his place. We're a family of five with three young children, and the space was perfect for our needs. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made our stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Keren is a wonderful host: she responds quickly to questions, is proactive and helpful and she left us a nice welcome food package (she even asked what type of milk we drink and left two cartons of it in the fridge!). The house is beautiful with a lovely garden, the kitchen well equipped, the living spaces are bright and spacious. Thank you Keren, we will be back!

The Gardens and pool were stunning. The beach was private, if a little difficult for us to get to. the litchen was well equipped and the hpuse was large with plenty of room for all. Rivka was a delight and attentive to all our requests.

Hemi's house has such a good energy. Spotless clean and was very orginaized to all of my needs. Had a really good time, the garden is really peacfull! House is located 7 minutes walk from the beach which was super comfortable. Thank you for everything!

Daria’s house is absolutely beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay! The house is spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The beds were all very comfy, and having powerful air-conditioning in every room was wonderful with the warm weather. The kitchen is very well equipped with all the utensils we could need for cooking, and having 4 bathrooms was super handy when we came back from the beach and all wanted to wash the sand off! The location is great, just 10 mins walk from the main road - you *have* to visit falafel kaduri (the shop, not the stall by the petrol station), the falafel is amazing! Thoroughly recommend staying here!
