Private stairs from street level take you to a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The area opens to a large balcony with a gas barbecue. This elegant apartment is light and airy with cross flow ventilation as well as reverse-cycle heating and air-conditioning. It is remarkably peaceful for a location just ten minutes walk to the city! It offers comfort and privacy in a stylish setting with an east-facing private courtyard for morning sun and a west-facing balcony overlooking the street for relaxing in the afternoon. We are on a quiet street, and the bedroom is at the back of the block so there is no street noise at all.
