Location, location, location—this place takes the cake! Absolutely could not have asked for a better experience for our family vacation with twin 10 year olds. Unbeatable snorkeling, easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and must visit tourist stops including Yal-Ku. The host was uber helpful in offering tips, and the BIG binder of tourist ideas and FAQs at the unit was so helpful. Groundskeeper staff went above and beyond, too, cutting down fresh coconuts for us each morning, which was icing on the cake. Almost want to keep this gem a secret. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The house was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone. The beds were very comfortable. The house was spotless and well equipped. Our favorite feature is that there is a beautiful cenote in the property with beautiful fish that is crystal clear. The host provides life jackets and snorkeling gear. Also, they have a cleaning lady that comes and cleans the house and did our laundry 🤗 which was included with the house. The charcoal grill was a little small but functional. Jose was extremely responsive to text and our needs. We loved our stay there and it’s close enough to Playa del Carmen if you have a car to go for dinners etc. We would definitely rebook this house!

The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach! The provided beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and being so close to La Buena Vida Beach Club was a huge bonus with its pool, delicious food, and refreshing drinks. CJ and his team were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and attentive. This spot offers incredible value and is ideal for anyone looking to enjoy Akumal’s charm. Highly recommend!

Great guidance provided for finding/checking into this out-of-the-way studio condo. Even better than the pictures: clean, well-maintained, beautiful and well-staffed. Plenty of clean water for drinking, cooking and teeth-brushing. Don't plan on long, hot showers, though; the water's plenty hot, but doesn't have a big tank. The upside is it reheats quickly. A housecleaner keeps the place immaculate, changing sheets and washing dishes through the week. At any moment of the day the views are breathtaking from the large windows or amazing balcony. A full moon rising over the Caribbean is other-worldly and all you have to do is roll over in bed and open your eyes. The limestone shore and tidal pools are incredible, just walk carefully. It's windy on the point and easy to get a cross breeze inside. The ocean sounds are epic. Snorkeling the reefs in Half-Moon Bay was incredible, just walk 200 meters and climb in. Two bikes we rode daily. I can't say enough how much we loved this place.
