The host was always attentive, the instructions were clear, the place was clean and tidy (although it is a bit remote, without a vehicle it is a bit far away) however it is a good place and you get used to walking to get out. Everything was great. I would rent it again. The price was fair

If any issues came up, Kathleen was always quick to respond and helpful, which made the experience even better. Just a heads-up: it’s best to have a car, as there’s not much within walking distance. But with a vehicle, you’re only 10–15 minutes from the lively central street of Playa del Carmen, where you’ll find plenty of entertainment, restaurants, and shops. Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable stay. Definitely recommended!

I liked the place where we spent a week. Two security gates to get to the property. It is 10 minutes drive to downton Playa del Carmen. The security people were very polite and helpful all the time. Very quiet and peaceful place. It was as described by Jessica. I really recommend this place. June 2025.
