Guido is an excellent and helpful host, very attentive and responsive. He helped to lower the bicycle seat for my wife and got us a taxi at a discounted price to take us to the airport. The apartment is clean, cooling and well equipped. Hot water shower, WIFI, Netflix, stove are available. There is option to use the ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room if you do not want to use the air conditioning. I highly recommend staying at Apt + Bikes!! for a lovely and relaxing holiday.

Location is great, beautiful and quiet surroundings. Odile, the property manager is proactive and very responsive.

This place was fantastic! I felt safe, the staff was nice. The pool was amazing! The apartment itself self was perfect for my solo trip. It was clean, spacious, close to the grocery store and lots of food options. I would definitely recommend starting here to friends and family. I can’t want to go back. Thank you Tulum!
