A 70m2 cottage with all the charm of the old, located on the ground floor of our house, where we live, which dates from the 18th century. Private terrace with spa overlooking a large shared garden where you may come across our cats. Separate entrance. Open-plan kitchen, large living room. Very thick stone walls to keep the accommodation cool during heatwaves. Bedroom with exposed beams and a shower room. Fold-out sofa bed in the living room to accommodate 2 more people.

The Manoir has a living area of about 260 m². It is fully equipped for 8 guests. The pool (4.5 x 8.5 m) is located on the side below the house and is surrounded by a terrace of about 180 m². The Manoir is located in the middle of a 1.5 hectare nature reserve and is surrounded by a 2,500 m² natural garden. The pool is open from May to September. There are a total of 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds.
