The Manoir has a living area of about 260 m². It is fully equipped for 8 guests. The pool (4.5 x 8.5 m) is located on the side below the house and is surrounded by a terrace of about 180 m². The Manoir is located in the middle of a 1.5 hectare nature reserve and is surrounded by a 2,500 m² natural garden. The pool is open from May to September. There are a total of 4 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are equipped with queen size beds, 1 bedroom with two single beds.

For rent, a pleasant gîte nestled in a small village in the heart of the Périgord Noir, ideally located close to major sights such as Lascaux, Les Milandes, at the foot of Domme, a medieval city close to Sarlat, La Roque Gageac. From its panoramic terrace you will have a view of the village. A little walk, barely 500 m, and the river is yours for a swim or a canoe descent. At the small Nat enclosure, no wifi, only the birdsong.
