Kimberly was a delightful host. She was very responsive when we had any questions. Her home felt very cozy and comfortable. She made it so easy to check in and accommodating. My family and I went to Disney for 4 days and it felt nice to be away from the traffic and it was easy to get to the parks. The kids loved having a pool to themselves to enjoy after a long day at the parks. There is also a grocery store, Starbucks and plenty of places to eat nearby, which made things very convenient for my family. I would definitely rebook Kimberly’s home again in the future and highly recommend if you are looking for a home away from home.

Fantastic home - would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a villa close to Disney and Universal. The dream location but honestly the villa itself was perfect! It has everything we need and is far superior to a similar villa we stayed in locally a few years ago. It really was a bargain. Thanks again to Yudy and the team.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb during our family trip to Disney! The house was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and perfect for a big group. The kids loved the themed bedrooms, and the private pool was a big hit after long days at the parks. The location was ideal—just a short drive to all the Disney parks, plus restaurants and stores nearby for anything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and peaceful, which made it easy to relax and unwind. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive from start to finish. They even had thoughtful touches like extra towels and starter supplies ready for us when we arrived. Highly recommend this home for any families visiting the Orlando area. We’d definitely stay here again!

This is a great spot to stay in. It’s 15 minutes away from Disney on a busy day. It’s 9 minutes when traffic is clear/regular. It is 25 minutes away from Universal & SeaWorld. Traveling from there to where you need to go is EASY. Walmart is also close by as well so you can grab groceries if need be. When you leave the complex, there’s restaurants readily available too. It was a pleasure staying there.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Orlando! The house was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully decorated — it truly felt like a home away from home. It was incredibly well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen supplies to extra towels and blankets, which made traveling with kids so much easier. The location was perfect — quiet and safe, yet close to the theme parks, shops, and restaurants. Our host was kind, responsive, and made everything seamless. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families!

We had a fabulous stay! Our first night was chaotic trying to get into the resort due to traffic, but once we got inside the house, my kids were SO excited! They immediately found the game room, and they were immersed in fun! My husband got into the pool shortly after with one of the kids and stayed for a couple hours! The bedrooms were gorgeous. They were themed and set up to the T. They didn’t just have themed bedding. I felt like I was actually in the Harry Potter movie in the HP bedroom. The same goes for the Star Wars room and the movie area. Kevin responded quickly when I had a question for him. We will definitely be coming back to stay again!

We had a great time! The resort is a full-blown resort and the lazy river was a highlight. Our kids loved the game room. The home was beautiful. Very fun!

This place is brand new - great location and very clean house. The themed rooms for the kids are INSANE; our little one didn't want to leave. The oven/stove didn't work, so plan on eating out if you stay here unless they change that out. The Playstation 5's weren't set up yet either, but we got a great deal so it all evened out 👍🏼

We absolutely loved this place. We took our first family trip to Disney, with a 6 year old the pool was a must! The pool may have ranked higher than the parks in his book. He is already asking if we can stay here again next year.

Amazing house ! You won’t regret it, kids were in angry to leave Magic Kingdom just to come back to the House lol. Very memorable!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Kirk and his place really make me question the term “ too good to be true” because that’s exactly what I thought about this place based on the listing and the price, but it was even better than we ever could have expected! We are a family of six with a small doodle and the entire condo felt like home for the week. It had absolutely everything we could need. Parking and getting in and out of the condo and complex was so simple. Driving to all of the Disney parks took less than 20 minutes each morning. Kirk has truly thought of everything with this place. The double washer and dryer was life-changing because we were able to easily wash clothes and towels throughout the week and coming home with everything clean was a great feeling. Kirk was extremely responsive with any requests we had. He is an amazing host and I truly don’t have anything negative to say about him or this place. We loved everything about it and would stay here again anytime!

This was one of the best places we stayed out to commute to Orlando was easy. The kids loved the house so much they skipped all the activities we had planned and just relaxed at the house. It was near impossible to get them away from the house. As an avid jogger the area was beautiful peaceful I was able to jog every night which feeling safe security was always around. The hosts were amazing, responsive and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at Edgardo’s place! The house is exactly as described—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing family vacation, including a great pool and a fully equipped kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and well located, perfect for getting to the parks but also nice for winding down. Edgardo was a great host—very responsive, kind, and attentive to anything we needed. We really appreciated how quickly he replied to our messages and how he made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We traveled with a baby and felt right at home. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, and we’d love to come back!

Just got back from an 8 night stay at Margrets place. Unfortunately our flights were delayed and so we didn’t reach the resort until 2.30am, I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get into the resort, but the chap on the gate got us through fine with margrets instructions. House was easy to find with Google. House was beautiful, just like the photos. Beds were all comfortable and bedding pristine. Perfect home away from home. Everything you needed was there and more. Host responsive when we contacted regarding the bbq and offered to attended etc. pool and hot tub lovely. Really safe, quiet community. We didn’t use the resort pools etc so cannot comment on those. Lots of restaurants close by, took about 45 mins to the parks with the traffic. Walmart not far and had everything required to stock up. Instructions in the home were great and explained bin days etc so we knew when they needed to go out. Teens loved the pool table. Throughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t Hesitate to go back.

Absolutely hands down the best rental and hosts I’ve ever experienced. The location was close to everything and great area to walk the pups. The house was very clean and spacious. These hosts go above and beyond to make sure your stay is enjoyable and have everything you need. I will definitely be back when I’m in the area again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This was a great place to stay. House was clean and host was very accommodating. We ran into issues with the pool/jacuzzi but thankfully our host was responsive and fixed it right away.

The house was so adorable, clean and comfortable. We felt at home immediately. After attending long hours at the Disney & Universal parks all week, coming home to the pool and spa were amazing! My favorite touch was the long dining table on the patio I really enjoyed all of the family being able to eat in one gathering! We highly recommend and we’ll definitely be returning.

I honestly loved my experience here at this property. The pictures are described. It was close to food and entertainment. We came to visit Disney and Universal Studios. Disney was literally 15 mins away and Universal about 30mins away so the location was awesome! The host was very responsive and helpful. We couldn’t have picked a better location!
