Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Cefalù

This was the perfect Airbnb. The hosts were extremely responsive and friendly. The house had everything you need, great amenities, a very comfortable bed. It is very clean and nicely decorated with lots of space. We travelled with our 10 months old baby and it was very safe as the stairs had a gate on the top floor. The location is very good. It is in a quiet side street with great views and walking distance to everything. Maybe one little thing though was that the church close by rings the bells every hour from 8am to 10pm. That can be challenging with a sleeping baby but we would definitely stay here again.

Viviana and her mum were great hosts and helped us in every way they could. The location is superb, within a few minutes walk from a very quiet beach. The surroundings are beautiful with olive and lemon trees all over the place. We had one of the most relaxing holidays ever!

The experience at Giuseppe's place was more than positive. Very responsive host and available for every need. Very quiet area. A applause to the bed that was very comfortable. The listing was as described in the listing description. If we go back to that area, we will try to stay with Giuseppe again. I recommend this experience to everyone.

We had a great stay at this lovely cottage. The view is absolutely incredible, and the location is just a short drive from Cefalù, making it both peaceful and convenient. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing—definitely one of the highlights of the property. The only thing to be aware of is that the neighbor’s dogs tend to bark quite a bit during the night, which may be a consideration for light sleepers. However, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. I would still definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil stay near Cefalù with breathtaking views.

A beautiful Airbnb that has the perfect location. You can walk to the beach, but you are also in the middle of the beautiful old town. On the two balconies, you have the opportunity to have a cosy breakfast and watch the hustle and bustle on the street. The accommodation was clean and Claudio warmly welcomed us to the accommodation. There was even the possibility to leave your luggage in the accommodation before check-in time. I recommend this accommodation to anyone who wants to have a nice time in Cefalu.

We very much enjoyed staying at Playamuri. The cabin is nice, clean, simple but practically equipped. The environment is quiet, natural. We were here in May and were the only guests. Occasionally a train passes by, but it didn't disturb us at all. Carlo is a great host, always helpful and responsive.

Loved staying at this place

Vincenzo and his son Antonio are great hosts. We felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first day. The kitchen has everything you need. The entire apartment is very well and modernly furnished. The terrace is oriented to the north. This means that in the preseason, it may still be a little cool there for longer sitting. However, there is a beautiful rear area, which invites you to warm up due to the south-facing orientation. In summer, you will certainly be grateful that the terrace is only in the sun in the early morning hours. You can walk to Cefalu without any problems [1.6 km] and thus save yourself the stress of parking. Insider tip: You can [still] park for free down at the harbour. We highly recommend the apartment.

My husband and I, with our one year old, had an amazing time at Dario's! His apartment was pristine, so tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped with everything you might need. Location wise - could not be better! We are already discussing when we will return. We could not recommend this more!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Cefalù! The location couldn’t be better — just 30 seconds from the beach (bed rental was €30 for the day) and surrounded by great restaurants and local charm. The apartment was exactly as described, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. Be aware there’s a steep flight of stairs to reach the apartment, but the view from the balcony more than makes up for it. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to soak up the best of Cefalù!

Such a great trip and a perfect place to stay!

This is an amazing home in the best location - we could have stayed for a month!! Situated right on the beach this is the most beautiful spot to spend any time in Cefalu. Francesco was the best host and provides all you need to make this a memorable stay. All the photos and positive comments cannot capture how wonderful this place is. Book it now!

Absolutely fantastic. This Airbnb elevated our entire stay. Place is so beautiful and perfectly located. Hosts went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we had the best time. I am a host with over 350 so I know how hard you have to work to make people happy and these hosts deserve 10 stars. Loved it!! Highly recommended.

Wonderful - Ideal for a couple. We were greeted by Ileana’s lovely father, Gaetano who made sure we had everything we needed and left a cold bottle of local white wine in the fridge for us. The place is perfect - close enough to everything, yet quiet and peaceful, away from the crowds. The apartment is a really pleasant space to just hang out in too. The June temperatures were divine, and you can make the most of the cool sea breeze with so many windows looking out across different picture postcard views. At night the ceiling fan worked really well and we both slept extremely well in the comfy bed. Can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Look no further! Dario’s place is in the PERFECT location (100m walk to the beach) and right in the centre of town. You can walk everywhere from here comfortably. Dario himself was such a great guest and talked us through check in with detail. I HIGHLY recommend this place. The photos don’t do it justice. It’s much better in person. P.S. the apartment is across the footpath (literally) from the most incredible restaurant I’ve ever been to. Ristorante A'Marina offers a breathtaking view, is reasonably priced. I highly recommend!

We had a great stay in Cefalù at Francesco’s place. The place itself was perfect, in a great location, close to everything and we loved the small street and balcony - very cute. The view out to the sea was also a very nice touch. Francesco was very attentive to our messages and suggested plenty of places to visit ! A great stay in Cefalu. Very close to the town centre and to the beach. The host was very welcoming and friendly. We had a brilliant stay and would recommend!

Not only was it close to the absolute best restaurants, But this was some 5 star living, almost didn’t want to leave this place was so cool! A spa and little hang out up the top and great space to watch tv after a big day of sun. Definitely recommend Palermo staying here!! Couldn’t have done better! Beautiful place to stay! Lovely host!

Cefalu is a beautiful, enchanting coastal town that has everything a holiday getaway needs. Angela's apt is perfect!! Close to everything, 2 mins from the sand and beach. Well appointed and tastefully furnished. Dinner on the balcony overlooking the ocean is amazing Thank you Angela. We'll be back!! Elisabetta e Bartolo. x

We have just returned from a great 6 nights at Michele and Doriana's apartment after 4 nights in Palermo. The location is brilliant, with a supermarket just 5 minutes up the hill, and a really nice bakery 5 minutes in the other direction (called Le Delizie, great for breakfast but closed on Wednesdays)! The hosts gave really good recommendations on things to see and do, especially the boat trip which we loved! The boat was also €100 cheaper than the one we used in Palermo, and it also lasted an hour longer! The apartment itself was perfect and matched the photos exactly. The terrace at the top was perfect for having a drink at night. The only downside we could find wasn't anything to do with the apartment itself, but it was the noise on 2 or 3 nights coming from the park outside. Many young people were out until 2am playing really loud music, which made it impossible to sleep in the room facing the park. We would 100% stay here again in the future. Thanks for having us!

We had an amazing stay at this apartment in Cefalù – truly a gem! The place seems recently renovated and was spotlessly clean. One of the highlights was the stunning sea view from the living room balcony, where we enjoyed our morning coffee while admiring the sparkling blue waters. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed – nothing was missing. We especially appreciated the free on-site parking, which made things so convenient. The beach and the charming old town were both within walking distance, making the location absolutely perfect. Our hosts, Cetty and Giorgia, were incredibly welcoming and made our stay unforgettable. They gave us fantastic recommendations for restaurants and activities in Cefalù and the surrounding area. This was truly a dream vacation, and we’re deeply grateful for such a memorable experience. We would absolutely love to return!

Francesco was a wonderful host! and was so nice to even pick us up from the train station! He was amazing with his hospitality as well as his food recommendations. His kindness shined through with his genuine down to earth personality. We truly felt like we made a new friend.
