Great place to stay for two when exploring Palermo. Very central location, easy to walk to from train station, and super close to excellent bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. Lovely big balcony to enjoy. Would recommend highly when visiting Palermo. Francesca was always available on message if we needed anything, and check in was very easy.

The apartment is great, especially the location, it is right in the center and I walked basically everywhere. Also felt safe walking alone at night, as there are always people around. It is at a main street, so not too quiet, but not disturbing, I slept very well. Apartment was clean and comfortable and Antonio a very friendly host. I will definitely book it again, if I visit Palermo again.

Very well-located apartment at the heart of Palermo. Responsive host could clear all our minor issues

For me this is a very typical Italian apartment with a high ceiling and a cosy interior. The apartment is located approximately 700 meters from the central train station with train and bus connections to the airport. It’s also located close to a green area or sort of park, which is in general is a rare thing in Palermo. Both Giovanni Falcone and Paolo Borsolino grew up within 100 metres from the apartment. The apartment is right next to Piazza Rivoluzione where there’s a great variety of restaurants and bars.

Great apartment in the heart of Palermo. Steps from restaurants, bars and numerous sites. No car needed. Easy to communicate with host. He arranged transportation for us which was a huge help!

Innocenzo place was located right next to the station station and 10 mins from the Centro historico. Easy to find and easy to access the many attractions around Palermo.

Location, location, location!!! If you want to be right in the heart of everything that happens in Palermo, this is the place for you! From coffee on the deck in the morning to night caps on the deck in the evening, and then only a few steps to Quattro Canti, this place has it all!!!! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again when we return to Palermo!

Gianpiero is a delightful host: welcoming, friendly, super helpful. The apartment is clean, functional and cheerful. It is located in a quiet area and at the same time close to the historic center with its cultural centers and clubs. My friend and I walked back at night without the slightest problem. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay here! The place was super clean, tastefully decorated and Valentina had left a few things to have breakfast. Valentina was a great host she left us a lot of great and detailed suggestions, connected us a with a driver who brougth us from the airport when we fist arrived, and when we mentioned that we wanted to visit a small town where my girlfriend's great granpa was born she drove us there for a more that reasonable fee. Overall, one of ours best expiriences with airbnb.

We are delighted with the two nights spent at Salvatore's. Even if the neighborhood is not very sexy at first glance, at Salvatore's you feel good. Parking is a real plus. And everything is clean, neat and it makes a nice little place to visit the city. Salvatore is super reachable. Thanks to him!

Carmela’s place was perfect. Such a beautiful view of the mountains and sea. Walking distance to multiple beaches. House had everything we needed! Carmela made it very easy for us to extend our stay and we loved it so much. Thank you for everything Carmela.

Top rating for this lovely apartment in a beautiful part of Sicily. Giusi is a wonderful host, responsive to any questions, and provides lots of helpful information about the area. The apartment is recently renovated and very comfortable. We particularly appreciated the terrace and the gorgeous view. As others have noted, to get that view you do have to climb to the upper floors. Highly recommended. Would definitely return!

Maria and her husband have been welcoming, provided kind touches during our stay and gave us useful tips for visiting Palermo. The apartment is well equipped, spacious with seating option on the roof terrace and views of the mountains including a large space in the garden which will be great on warm days as it has a roof with shade and an outdoor shower. It is a good place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Palermo.

The house was very cozy, surrounded by the sea, trees, and birds. We enjoyed a truly relaxed Italian atmosphere, which was amazing. There is also a huge terrace with the garden. Mandella Beach is just 2 km away, offering sandy shores, plenty of restaurants, and shopping options. Near the house, there's a nice bar with a great view, tasty snacks, and cocktails. Angelo and Marilu are really friendly and wonderful hosts! Thank you so much for your local recommendations .

All I can say is WOW! Book this if it’s available and you will not regret it. This place felt like a castle and was an incredible location for us to spend a few days. Everything was beyond perfect. Highly recommend!!

Our stay in Sambuca with Liz was really amazing. The flat is huge and stylish and we found it clean and tidy. From the flat you can reach everything you need (bars, restaurants, supermarket) by foot. Liz was super friendly and the communication was really easy. I can highly recommend this place if you are staying in the area. This was certainly a very special place!

Our stay was really great! We felt right at home and Silvia and Ewald were great hosts and the room was clean and cozy. They were very warm and provided great tips. The boat trip with Ewald was amazing. Thanks for everything. :) Oh, and the breakfast was mega!

Enjoyed my stay here. Very spacious place for 1 traveler. Everything matched description. Host was very responsive. The location is in a walkable area to everything you may need. The only thing I will point out is if you are a tall person this place may not work for you considering the ceiling height. Other than that, I really did enjoy my stay here!

We had an exceptional stay, and the Mare e Cielo house was a real plus: the view is breathtaking, the sea as far as the eye can see, the boats, the dolphins... In addition, the apartment is comfortable and functional. Our host Rosella is incredibly kind and available! Go there without a second thought! Or rather, no: keep them wide open to enjoy the view!!😁😁

My family and I had a great stay in this apartment. Two balconies with sun on different time of the day, quiet street with walking distance to all of the historical centre, cozy piazza, bakery and supermarket just around the corner, and sweet neighbours. Salvatore was proactive and sent us a lot of info about what to see and do and made sure to make the suggestions child friendly. We spent eight nights in this apartment and was amazed on how safe, quiet, fun and easy Palermo is.

We had 5 people and this Airbnb was great! The whole place was really nice, exactly how pictured in the original posting. We stayed right at a week with 5 people and it was very comfortable. The electronic locks were very nice. No keys to remember and everyone could use the locks via their smartphones. Maria and Sofia were great, very responsive and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again the next time in the Palermo area.

We had a very pleasant overnight stay in the apartment. It was clean, quiet and perfectly located, so we could reach everything well. The host was very easy to reach and helped us with great recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable. A small note for future guests: On the first day, we had a bit of stress because we drove into the city by car. Our navigation system did not recognise the pedestrian zone, which led to confusion. Therefore, we recommend not driving a car directly into the city or parking outside to avoid such problems. Overall, we felt very comfortable and would definitely recommend the place!

Cicette was an amazing host - one of the best I have had! She has been incredibly responsive and helpful - from flexible check out times to arranging a trusted taxi to collect me. They personally checked me in and showed me around, which was really lovely - especially at 10pm. It was very thoughtful for them to leave me snacks for dinner too. The apartment is lovely - very clean, spacious and stocked with way more than any hotel room!! It was a 20-30 min walk into the centre - would recommend a taxi at night. Would highly recommend!
