Lovely stay at Francesca’s apartment. Very comfortable, clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. Extremely responsive host. Felt very much at home and yet able to access all the interesting points of interest in Palermo. Wonderful choice of restaurants in the vicinity. One proviso for older folks or those not in good physical condition is the apartment is only accessible from the 4th floor by elevator. For us it was fine and they even helped by carrying our luggage up the last set of stairs which was so nice. It is stated on the website so it is transparent. The stairs are metal and narrow with three turns to the rooftop apartment. We enjoyed our visit to Palermo very much and had a wonderful stay in Francesca’s rooftop apartment. We highly recommend a visit here for a comfortable and very convenient location.

The place has great views to the sea. Overall everything was very clean, the check-in went great and the facility as well as the pool are really very nice. The cottages are very spacious and have everything you need. The distance to Cefalù is also perfectly fine. Can only recommend it.

We are 2 retired people in a very spacious apartment with 2 balconies overlooking the street- very central for all amenities and local attractions of Palermo- Would highly recommend.

Francesco is a great host and made us very welcome to what was once their family home. He spent time showing us how things worked and gave us lots of recommendations for places to eat. The apartment is spacious and true to the pictures. It’s a corner apartment with balconies that wrap round getting sun in the morning, a perfect spot for breakfast and coffee. The apartment is quietly located at the top of town away from the real bustle but it is a short 10 minute walk down to the beach, shops., train and bus stations. There is a shortcut via lots of steps which on the way back will burn a few calories off! It suited us perfectly. The bed was comfy, shower good if a little bijou and a fab sunken bath! Francesco very kindly provided lots of extras. Milk, water, fruit and some breakfast items. Everything you might need for cooking in and also soap, toilet paper and shower/shampoo. It certainly helps the start of a holiday. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for having us!

This was by far the nicest airbnb! Floriana is a class act and has thought of everything -providing answers in advance, recommendations, etc.The house is lovely and decorated by an experienced host. It is just beautiful. Initially finding the property was a little challenging- but after the first time, all was good. Easy drive to Cefalu. A MUST DO—-she arranged for Chef Francesca to cook for us at the house beach front! Just terrific. I will recommend this house and Floriana 1000%! She also has other houses and boutique hotels in Palermo.

Erasmo's apartment is very modern and completely newly renovated and furnished. It has beautiful furniture: comfortable sofa and beds, large dining table, chests of drawers, etc. The kitchen is relatively small but also very nice and very usable with a dishwasher, oven and large fridge! There are 3 balconies, great for drying laundry, but almost too small for eating. For a morning coffee with great sea and mountain views but very nice. We felt very comfortable, also because Erasmo was very nice in communication!

Amazing stay. Perfect location in the middle of everthing. Very friendly host - perfect with both pick up and drop off at the airport. Highly renommended for anyone going to Mondello.

The place looks warm, cozy with all amenities and very clean! The host is very welcomed and recommended us what to see in Terrasini and around! We had a great stay there and definitely we want to come back!

Super kind and nice people. We arrived with public transportation, and they were so kind to pick us up at the train station, and leave us there again on the day of departure. The pool area was super. We only shared it with one other apartment, so plenty of room for all. We are a family of 5, kids aged 7, 11 and 13, and with a nice fishing village, lots of restaurants and beaches within 30 minutes walk, it was an ideal stay for us.

We had a wonderful week here. The hosts were very welcoming. We had a couple of minor issues at the start which were resolved immediately. Emanuele is a very attentive host. The house, garden and pool provide a wonderful space to relax and unwind. Going in April, the pool was pretty cold but the kids got on with it and the parents treated it as an invigorating refresher! With Cefalu just down the road, the mountains behind, and Palermo an easy day trip, there’s plenty to do if you want to.

Very nice stay! Supermarket and busstop nearby. Michele was very friendly and easy to communicate! We recommend the accomodation!

Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. Thanks Rosario for our nice holiday stay at your vila as well as for the nice treats.

Lovely location close to Ballarò Street Market, right in the middle of the old part. All other important points of interest like the cathedral are in walkable distance. Owner was super responsive, even on Easter Sunday, and even organised taxi pick-ups for us.

Angelo is a superb host, so generous with his time and very responsive. Location is great.

Silvio is a great host and was open to all questions and always available. The location of the apartment is unique. The kitchen is small but sufficient. By public transport it is easy to reach the somewhat more distant sights or the beach. Palermo is definitely worth a trip.

everything great, only the bed was a little read, very hard pillows, and a little noisy on the bedroom side at night. Very warm hostess

We loved staying at this beautiful apartment. Wonderful sea view and such a peaceful beautiful place. Massimo and Luisa made us feel at home and recommended some great places to go. We loved Massimo’s paintings too!

Livio is one of the best people I’ve met and my stay with him will always be memorable. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to the Theatre and there are two bus stops nearby. The house has everything you need for a long-term stay and Livio is always there to help if you need anything. He was very flexible with the check-in and check-out times and even came over to say goodbye in the end. I cannot recommend this place enough! Worth every penny. :)

Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Equipped with everything we needed. Plus, there's private parking under the house, proximity to the city's attractions, and a beautiful view of the mountains. We'll definitely want to come back someday:)
