Beachfront holiday rental in Cefalù

Wow! From the moment we arrived Francesco and Cynthia made us feel welcome, at home and we left feeling like part of their family. The house is absolutely beautiful and we had a wonderful, private section with everything we needed - including a lovely outdoor shower, table and chairs. The private pool was perfect for a dip after our day trip to Palermo. It’s just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Mondello beach, and lots of bars and restaurants. They responded to every request immediately - even driving to the supermarket to buy us bottles of water! Cynthia even wrote a plan for us when visiting Palermo - which we used and worked perfectly. We’ll remember this holiday forever because we got engaged on the trip. But also because we met such wonderful people and stayed in such a beautiful home - thank you Francesco and Cynthia! As promised, we will definitely be back one day ❤️

We had a beautiful time in the apartment - we loved the views and the kitchen was well equipped for homemade meals! It was a shame we had to take our rubbish so far, and some surfaces in the kitchen didn’t feel clean. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay!

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Erika hat uns super freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Grundausstattung wie Wasser, Milch und Pasta war toll, man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Super sauber, viel Platz und einfach ein Ort zum Abschalten. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der in der Gegend von Palermo wohnen aber noch die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer genießen möchte. Danke Erika für deine tolle Gastfreundschaft.

To stay at “Oasi delle Sallinelle” is a one of a kind experience, in anyway - inside and out! You can have a private and relaxed time at the property and its connected beach as well as cultural and culinary excursions in Cefalù! You’ll be surrounded by a precious, natural and wild environment, although your NOT in the middle of nowhere and there’s a lot of lovingly designed rooms and spaces for comfort and coziness. We felt at home, relaxing inbetween gardens of fruits, olives, cuddling kittens and two sweet dogs, that gonna melt your heart. Dario e Agnes are the most lovely and committed hosts, we could have dreamed of. They try to fulfill every wish, in such a warm and friendly way, that let us participate so easily and get sustainably connected to this special place, its animal and human inhabitants! 🥰We’ll come back as soon as possible and recommend, to all the people, that enjoy an individual, natural but also comfy vacation, to do the same! Grazie amici, ci vediamo presto! ♥️

Sehr gute und vor allem ruhige Unterkunft in der Nähe des hektischen Cefalù. Der kostenlose Parkplatz ist nicht direkt an der Unterkunft aber in der Nähe. Parkplatz scheint sicher, wir liessen unsere MTBs im Auto. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlage: Ein etwas bessere Matratze. Der Rest war perfekt. Besten Dank!

I’m almost at a loss of where to begin with how much my family and I enjoyed Diego’s incredible accommodation and hospitality! As a beach fanatic, this was the perfect location to enjoy a private and gorgeous location on the Mediterranean. No picture can do justice to the jaw-dropping water and the hours I happily spent wandering the coastline. Others have mentioned the generous spread of local treats Diego and his family provided - I can not overstate how helpful and welcome this was throughout our stay. Because of this, we were able to enjoy home cooked meals most nights; not because we were intending to be frugal (we are vacationing after all!), but because the items he provided were just that copious and delicious. The property grounds are lush and pristine, the bedrooms comfortable, clean and well-appointed, and the craftsmanship of the home is gorgeous. Most importantly perhaps, Diego and his family made US feel like family. Responsive, warm & a true taste of hospitality.

La casa è perfetta per godersi la spiaggia di Mondello, comoda e completa di tutto, anche del parcheggio. Benedetto è un host eccezionale, ci ha accolti anche con alcune sorprese molto gradite e ci ha permesso orari flessibili. Consigliato vivamente :-)

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Marilù per una settimana e mi sono trovata benissimo, non manca nulla. La casa è molto carina, pulita e ordinata. Vicinissima alla spiaggia, al minimarket (perfetto per fare la spesa perché c'è di tutto), alla farmacia, al bar e ai ristoranti. Marilù e Giuseppe sono speciali, gentilissimi e disponibili. Mi sono sentita come a casa, spero di tornare!

The place was amazing, super well kept and extremely clean. Enzo was a wonderful host and very friendly throughout our entire stay. The house itself was beautiful and was a very short walk from a lovely beach. Would recommend this location to anyone!

We had a wonderfull time at Guiseppe’s place! We really enjoyed the pool and the appartement felt right at home!

What a magical place in beautiful Sicily this is! We had an amazing stay and spent a good amount of time at the Villa as it’s a wonderful place to be. The outside environment is superb, so tranquil and peaceful. The pool was perfect for hot days and we spent a lot of time being competitive on the table tennis table. The short walk to a stunning private beach was a huge bonus. The villa is a short drive from the beautiful town of Cefalu which is a must to visit. I would 100% recommend Salvatore’s place to anyone looking for a a peaceful stay in Sicily.

L'appartamento è spazioso e luminoso, con cucina, salone, camera da letto e delizioso terrazzino. Pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Campofelice e dalla spiaggia. Umberto è stato eccellente e ci ha dato moltissime raccomandazioni utili su ristoranti e d'intorni. L'area è molto tranquilla e silenziosa, nessun rumore durante la notte. A due fermate da Cefalù, posizione strategica ma molto tranquilla. Mare limpido con diversi lidi attrezzati. Raccomandiamo senz'altro! 😎

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

don’t even know where to start! just a perfect place in Mondello, pristine clean, freshly renovated, fresh pastries every morning, incredible sea view, infinite swimming pool, steam room, super comfortable bed, welcome drinks, free parking and obviously the most hospitable and loving hosts ever!!! Angelo’s wife even did my laundry on the request, just truly splendid in every detail felt like home and definitely will come back thank you beautiful Barbarella and Angelo for this time

This place is perfect and just as advertised. The private terrace is all you need for coffee in the morning and/or dinner during a stunning Sicilian sunset. The location is ideal and just a very quick drive into the heart of Cefalu. You also have reserved parking which is ideal in Italy. Nicola is a fantastic host and very communicative as needed. And as others mentioned, if you feel like staying close to home and don’t want to head out, the private beach awaits you down below. I couldn’t recommend this place enough and it’s perfect for either a solo traveler or a couple. It’s not a huge place, but the terrace, views, and location make up for it. I very much look forward to coming back and if you’re considering it, go ahead and book it. You’ll be happy you did. Buon viaggio!

Amazing stay – highly recommended! Umberto is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, speaks several languages, and gives great tips about the area. He really takes the time for you and makes you feel at home immediately. The apartment was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable. It’s minimalistic yet cozy, with two TVs, a large fridge with freezer, and even a washing machine. The bathroom was big with a wonderful shower, and there was lots of closet space. We stayed in the middle apartment on the ground floor, with a private outdoor seating area and direct access to the shared space by the swimming pool – a perfect place to relax! We had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a relaxed, well-organized stay!

We spent a lovely week in Vincenzo's apartment. It was spacious, very well equipped and had a magnificent terrace. There was a choice of sun or shade throughout the whole day at this time of year. The apartment is centrally situated, with the beach, the Rock, local shops and a supermarket all within 10 minutes walk. Vincenzo and his son, Antonio, were friendly and responsive hosts.

Wieder ein einmaliges Erlebnis! Wir waren zum 2. Mal im Casa Salsedine. Sehr freundliche Kommunikation und persönlicher Empfang durch Eleonora. Wir waren zu dritt (3 Erwachsene) und hatten genügend Platz. Der Balkon ist das Juwel der Wohnung, man sitzt praktisch über dem Meer und hat in jede Richtung eine fantastische Aussicht. Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% empfehlen, allerdings ist sie nicht für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung geeignet, da sie im 4. Stock liegt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder! Einfach toll! Danke Eleonora!

Great place! Close to grocery store, next to the beach, walking distance to Old Town. There are 40 steps to the apartment without any lift which was fine with us, but may be an issue for others. Overall, was fantastic!

Cefalu is a beautiful, enchanting coastal town that has everything a holiday getaway needs. Angela's apt is perfect!! Close to everything, 2 mins from the sand and beach. Santina's apartment is perfectly located in Cefalu old town literally 5 minutes from everythng. There is a great terrace overlooking the sea which was great for enjoying a coffee or just reading a book. The street below is full of restaurants and shops but the apartment is insulated from any street noise. Everything is new and modern. It really was perfect for us.

We loved this location! The charming and historic town of Cefalù was my favorite place I visited while in Italy. This home had the most beautiful balconies that overlooked the town and the beach, the sunsets were gorgeous to see from there. Everything you need is just footsteps away within the town. The host gave us great food and drink recommendations. This was a wonderful stay loved every moment.

A truly exceptional Airbnb; the space has been very cleverly, thoughtfully and stylishly planned using high quality materials. It has been furnished and equipped to the best standards in design and function. The very pretty balcony and the beautiful lighting features complete the picture. In every way the apartment does justice to its lovely location on a quiet street in a beautiful, historic and vibrant town.

Salvatore is an excellent host - he helped us from the moment we arrived in town and was responsive, kind and helpful all throughout our stay. The apartment is located perfectly for the beach, restaurants and bars, and the old town area. Salvatore gave us a lot of recommendations from a locals perspective too. It was a comfortable stay, the listing had everything we needed. We would stay here again whenever we’re back in Cefalu!
