Mediterranean Apartment with Breathtaking Views

The property has a 10x5m swimming pool with solarium and garden area. From the pool you have a breathtaking view onto the coastline. The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

"Osterio Magno" Apartment, in the heart of Cefalu

The apartment is very central, located just in front of the historical "Osterio Magno" Palace, the old residence of the king Ruggero, 100 meters far from the Norman Cathedral and about 150 meters far from the beach. Everything you may need is at walking distance: pubs, bar, shops, restaurants, cafe' are all at 2 minutes walk, or less. The sea is 5 minutes walk and all the monuments are very close. The big Rock of Cefalu is just behind the house and can be easily reached for a nice excursion

IN FRONT OF THE MUSEUM

The flat is located within a courtyard in the old town. The elevated position of the second floor offers an amazing view on via Mandralisca and of the northern tower of the cathedral. The beach of the old harbour is a minute walk from the flat, but if you like to visit the museum you simply have to cross to the street. The flat in addition to that at the upper floor, can host up to 12 people. Enjoy Cefalù from the heart of the old town.

I nostri appartamenti sorgono all'intero di un edificio del centro storico. Con meticolosità abbiamo cercato di portare alla luce con attenti restauri le vecchie pavimentazioni realizzate con maioliche siciliane. Abbiamo dato lustro agli antichi arredi, un tempo realizzati tutti a mano da un artigiano locale conosciuto da tutti come "Mastro Peppe". La caratteristica che ci contraddistingue è il senso dell'ospitalità tipicamente siciliana.

Saraceni House

Casa indipendente nel bellissimo centro storico di Cefalu. Strada pedonale molto tranquilla vicinissima alla cattedrale ed alla spiaggia. Potete vivere la cittadina in piena libertà senza dover prendere mezzi di trasporto. Ingresso privato, bellissima vista mare con balcone. Casa completamente arredata con una camera da letto ( con letto Queen) ed un soggiorno con divano letto. Bagno con doccia.
