Great stay Brett was very responsive with our questions. Place was very clean would recommend.

Frank’s place was exactly what we hoped for- a peaceful retreat that had all the amenities we expected and more. Kitchen is fully equipped, plenty of towels, great fire pit, screened porch, and smart tv. Frank is also very quick to respond to messages and a great overall host. We explored Bangor (about 30 minutes away) and Acadia (about an hour and 30 minutes). The drives anywhere are so beautiful. I highly recommend staying at Frank’s!

We could not have picked a better AirBNB to stay at for our honeymoon. The listing and pictures are spot on to what we experienced. The house was clean and very relaxing, and all instructions were very thorough/things were labeled, making it easy to feel at home with no guess work. It was stocked with all the necessities we could have needed. The home is gorgeous, and while it was just two of us I could easily see a bigger crowd being very comfortable. We made sure to make use of the hot tub almost every day and even gave the kayaks a go. Can’t speak for all year round but we went right before the busy season in Maine and the lake was so peaceful and quiet you could hear a pin drop. Jesse and Mya were wonderful hosts; helpful and response both before and during our trip. We’re already talking about coming back for a future anniversary with our kids one day. The best place I’ve stayed in northern Maine! A great spot to launch from for snowmobiling with plenty of room for parking. The space is super clean and up to date. The gym has all you could need and is a huge perk, especially for the area! Hope to stay again next year.

This is one of the best places we’ve booked. Very clean and she even had snacks/water bottles which was great when we arrived. All of the amenities of being home. We will come back again.

Brenda and peter are gems! We couldnt have asked for a better stay. The cottages have everything you need and more, the setting is peaceful yet not too secluded, and Brenda and peter are two of the nicest, most considerate people youll meet! We loved the stay so much that were already planning our trip back. When the last day of our visit arrived, we had to make ourselves leave. We could have stayed there much longer. Its our new happy place. You really do show up as strangers and leave as family. 10/10 do stay here.

For our family vacation this was perfect. The kids can sled right on the property. Jay has lights along the trail for night sledding as well. We tried ice fishing for the first time and had fun with that. Our mission was for snowmobiling though, and this is a good starting point. Ride directly from the cabin without any hassles. Jay is a fantastic host. He happened to be staying at The Boathouse (next to The Bunkhouse) for a few days for his kids' school vacation, and he could not have been any friendlier. We are already looking forward to next year. The Bunkhouse is not the fanciest cabin on the lake, nor is it intended to be. It is designed for sleeping a good crowd of people who are motivated around outdoor activities. The wood stove makes returning to the cabin that much more enjoyable. The view of the lake and mountains is hard to beat, considering the tall pines surrounding the area. Overall, this was a great experience, and we would return again without thinking about it.

I love coming up to First Roach Pond. John’s place is lovely and f very well stocked with anything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the area is inviting and we saw three moose just up the road. Can’t wait to return.
