Small, cosy and very welcoming! Took us about 2 hours and 45 minutes to get to the residential villas by Ansal in Shahpur from the Mumbai suburbs. The host wasn’t present but there was a caretaker to welcome us and the host has been in touch ever since the booking was made to the day of our stay, very prompt in replying. The house is warm and cosy with a lovely plunge pool very strategically placed in the patio for a lovely experience! Please make sure to inform the caretaker a day prior to your arrival, so that he can fill up the pool and keep it clean, there is a restaurant that delivers food till late at unbelievably cheap rates. P.S The locals there are very comfortable with Marathi, they do understand Hindi too

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

This was the first time we decided to take all our 3 cats for a trip to Kapil's farmhouse. The farmhouse is well equipped with all the necessary requirements, from kitchen to inverter to AC in both the rooms, water purifier, oh and the comfy sofa! All 5 of us had such a lovely time there. If you keep the door open, you can smell the sweet fragrance of flowers and witness the beauty of nature. Kapil is a lovely host, very kind and helpful. We would definitely visit here again!

Great place to stay in Lonavla, very spacious and well maintained

We stayed there for 1 night. 9 of us colleagues. We had a great time! The food was outstanding, the host & care taker helped us a lot. The interiors are quite unique and perfect vibes all over! The property is huuuuge and rooms, beds, washrooms all are in great condition. Spacious and comfy. Loved it!

This place is incredibly aesthetic and grounding—it truly makes you feel connected to the Earth. The presence of the oldest banyan tree adds a perfect touch of old-world rustic charm. The food is delicious and has a comforting, home-cooked feel. Mornings here start beautifully with a cup of tea and the delightful chirping of birds you've probably never seen before. The little kittens and cats wandering around add even more charm to the natural setting. Viru and Fifi are not only handsome and beautiful but also absolutely adorable. The rooms are spacious, rustic, and full of character—just the kind of peaceful retreat you'd hope for.

This is a great place to stay! The travel is a little long since it’s situated a little in the interiors but its completely worth it. The rooms are very well kept and complete hygiene has been maintained across the property. They have a beautiful lawn and a backdrop of the trees, it’s located next to a river as well. Perfect place for a getaway from the city. The host and staff are very helpful and try and accommodate all our needs. Highly recommendable and will definitely visit again.

Great escape for the entire family only a couple hours away from the city. The property is well maintained with a great staff. There are amazing spots to chill around the house, with a fully functioning pool that has been maintained really well. The house has a lot of character and my family really enjoyed our time there. Highly recommended! :)

The stay was relaxing and comfortable. Place has two large bedrooms and a massive verandah, with an attached pantry. The pool is huge and was very clean. Place has character with a chill vibe. Great collection of books and some board games that helped unwind. The entire property is larger than most BnBs that I've seen, if you count the lawn, pool, plantation around, etc. In fact we were wishing there were more rooms to help plan another trip with the extended family. The staff is very polite, helpful, and accommodating of requests. Meals were a good spread, with options to pick from. Bit away from civilisation (thankfully) as most places around are farms, so network can be a bit flaky at times, but there's wifi! Would highly recommend for a chill, stay-in and do nothing kind of a holiday.

We had a fantastic stay at Solitaire! The villa is spacious, impeccably clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a serene and relaxing retreat. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay truly refreshing. Our family of six spent a day here, and it was the perfect getaway from the hustle of city life.☕️ Taking a dip in the pool was the perfect relief from the sweltering heat, and the gazebo was a great spot to unwind. The hosts are very welcoming, and a special mention to the caretaker, a kind & helpful lady, who made our stay incredibly comfortable. The home-cooked food was delicious, made just to our liking, and we also had a delightful barbecue dinner in the evening. Everything was spotless clean and well-maintained, from the gleaming floor to the comfortable beddings and neatly arranged amenities, making for a restful holiday. Overall, it was a fantastic and rejuvenating retreat and we're definitely coming back for a longer stay next time!😃💯

Gyan 's villa was ideal for my group of friends and myself. It had all the amenities you could want. The caretaker made some great food for us and the private swimming pool was lovely. It was far better than what the photos showed. I would definitely recommend this villa.

The check-in process was easy, and the host was responsive, always available to answer questions. The place was exactly as described—clean, decorated, and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—situated in a peaceful neighborhood but still within walking distance to restaurants and shops I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and well-managed place to stay

Nestled at the bottom of a long quiet driveway under the trees, Amrit's house could not bear a better name than "Serenity"! The house is quite charming, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated and well kept. The garden has a real, spacious lawn and a beautiful, pristine clean, swimming-pool, big enough for a swim. It is surrounded by many plants, flowers and trees that bring shade over half of the garden. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, the house was kept clean at all time despite us having 2 babies and a dog. The food was good and we enjoyed our meals way more in the cosiness of the house and the garden so we ended up having more meals at home than expected. It took us a little less than 1 hour to reach from Mandwa jetty which makes it very convenient to reach from Bombay. I strongly recommend and I will visit again.
