Newly remodeled spacious upstairs apartment located within walking distance to grocery stores, fast food, take out, bars - everything you'd need. Centro, cab service, Uber all available. About 25 minutes from Hancock International Airport, and 30 minutes from the Amtrak station in Syracuse. Check out the guidebook for our recommendations! As noted in "Safety and Property", this is an upstairs apartment. There are about 15-20 steps to get up to the second floor. There is not an elevator.

Escape to the Lake!! Bright and cozy, quiet setting, private road. 15' right of way access to Lake Ontario only 300 yards away. The beach is rocky, so bring water shoes. Large grassy lot. Large deck off the kitchen for cookouts with Adirondack chairs and several tables for your portable gas grill. Have a campfire and make S'mores! Dish Network provided and adequate cellular reception. We are far enough off the paved roads that it is very private, the trade-off is, there is no Internet.

Newly renovated home with a nice bay view, covered back patio, large yard for games and campfires, and shared limited water access for relaxing by the water. We have now decided to stay open year-round. Welcome all who love the activities and beauty of our area during November to March. We are one of the few rentals that are pet-friendly (with a small extra cleaning fee) and also allow a single night stay.

This home comes equipped with everything you need - from furnishings to linens to silverware for fraction of what the local hotels are charging. What is one annoying thing about Airbnb? Cleaning Fees!!! We do not charge a cleaning fee and never will. We just ask that you clean up after yourselves.
