Perfect location on the lake. Beautiful cabin with plenty of space for all four of us adults. I would 100% recommend this location especially in the summer when you can use the kayaks (it was a little cold this time of year for us). Host was quick to respond and super helpful! Thank you!!!

Seldom, do you find a place where time stands still, the host is warm and welcoming and the location is beyond beautiful. This was our stay at Diane's cottage on the lake. We hiked local parks, kayaked the lake, enjoyed wonderful food, shopped and took in the view. Diane and her extended family were open, warm and delightful. Our regret is we didn't stay longer. Should we ever return, we will definitely stay at the cottage. Our many thanks and blessings to Diane and her family for making our stay remarkable.

This studio was a great place for our stay. Robb and his wife are amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make our time comfortable. The apartment was clean, cosy, and filled with all the things needed for our stay. The neighbourhood itself is very walkable and the village shops are only a five minute walk down the road. We wished we could've stayed longer.

Chloe's house at Skaneateles Lake is beautiful, it was clean and neat inside, the yard was big, the lake front was perfect. The house is spacious with beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. It is in a quiet neighborhood and felt very private. Karen, the manager, was quick to respond to my texts and extremely helpful.

Very charming house with everything we needed. However the most amazing part of our stay was the lakefront. Such a special place!! Large grass area with many chairs, beautiful view, easy access to the lake and all the kayaks and SUPs we needed!

The cottage was perfect for Syracuse University graduation weekend. It was clean, adorable and equipped with everything we needed. Surroundings were beautiful and of course, the town (which was only a short drive away) is so quaint and pretty. Richard was a very friendly, responsive host and answered any questions I had. Definitely a place I would recommend!

Perfect lake location with a large flat yard and beach. Perfect for the grandchildren. Lots of water craft for guest use. Surprisingly little boat traffic on this part of the lake. Plenty of outdoor seating.Easy drive into town for supplies and dining. Hiking trails accessible right from the property. Cottage is rustic and quirky and about 100 yrs old but worked out fine for our family of 6 adults and 2 kids under 5. Kitchen was well supplied, nice sized living room for hanging out on rainy days (thanks hurricane Debby!). Big dining table for eating and playing board games. Washer/dryer came in handy. Plenty of towels! Jackie was a great host. Very responsive. We all fell in love with the amazing lakefront and would definitely return.

Lisa’s cottage by the river is an amazing getaway for anyone who’s looking for peaceful surroundings! This wasn’t our first stay, and we always look forward to fishing, kayaking, and birdwatching. Thanks Lisa again for a great MDW stay!

We had a great stay! The location is beautiful and the house was just as described. It was great having enough room to all stay in one place to celebrate my daughter graduating from Cornell University School of Veterinary Medicine. And, our dog was also allowed to come!

The finger lakes was our destination for a full getaway weekend. We were thrilled to find this property on Lake Skaneateles, our favorite of the finger lakes! We loved the Barndominium from the first moment we entered it! Amazing views! The one big room is comfy, spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. We loved having lake access and kayaks to use right on the water!! The pool table was fun to have evenings and on the 1 rainy day. Beds and furniture were comfy, and the bathroom shower was especially spacious. Would we come back? Absolutely!! Thanks for a beautiful stay!!

My experience was excellent from the reservation to checkout. It’s a beautiful location and the home was perfect. It was better than I could’ve imagined. The description and pictures don’t do the property or cabin/cottage justice. It was very clean and we felt right at home. I needed a peaceful weekend away and it did not disappoint! Suzanne was very responsive and helpful. Great place! We’ve already talked about going back for a longer stay.

The apartment was exactly what we were looking for - a comfortably elegant place to stay with beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The owners were so responsive, friendly, and easy to deal with. And that sofa in the living area - I could have sat there all day! We look forward to coming back in a year or two.

The cottage was delightful to stay at. There was a binder with details about local businesses that was very helpful. The kitchen knives along with the pots and pans are very good quality. My husband is a chef and he was delighted.

Great place for a girl’s getaway. My 2 friends and I enjoyed our 3 night stay. We never left the property! It was so peaceful and relaxing! We plan to come back next year!!

No frills, but exactly what you need for a relaxing stay on the lake in FLX. Cabin is well equipped for whatever weather you encounter- plenty of fans, heaters, blankets, and windows. There are many lighting options, portable lamps, and tons of outlets. There are 2 wineries walking distance from the property, and dozens of wineries, breweries, cideries, restaurants, stores and more within a 20 minute drive. Just a little further gets you to Geneva, Ithaca, Watkins Glen and more- the scenery can't be beat. It is incredibly dark and quiet around the property, so rain, wind, falling branches, etc. can seem a bit alarming, but just know that going in and don't let it deter you! Bruce was available for check-in and checked-in to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely return!

This is a wonderful lakeside cabin. The yard is well landscaped and provides excellent privacy from the road and neighbors. The area is gorgeous, a short half mile walk from Long Point Park and also a nice walk from Aurora Brewing Company and Long Point Winery. The long bedroom off the kitchen provides a wonderful view of the lake through giant windows along one wall and a door right out to the deck. The bathroom off of this bedroom is very nicely designed as well, though note the water pressure is somewhat low in the shower. The other full bath had fine water pressure. The living room again has wonderful lake views with a sliding door out to the deck. Kayaks are provided and it is a lovely short kayak trip over to Long Point Park, just under 3 miles one way to kayak north to the Wells College boathouse, and about 2.25 miles across the lake to Thirsty Owl and Cayuga Ridge wineries. A gas grill and a charcoal grill are also available for some outdoor cooking. Brett’s father owns this cabin and he met us at the property for checkin, showed us around the cabin and property and gave us all of the information we needed. Brett handles communication through the airbnb app and he responds to questions very quickly. The cabin is not super fancy (hence cabin) but everything was clean and we didn’t see any insects of any kind inside. I would absolutely rent this cabin again for another weekend on the lake!

This lovely cottage is charming, warmly welcoming and very clean which is always appreciated. There's plenty of space and it's well appointed with everything you need. The beds are very comfortable, there's just enough furniture and an awesome fireplace too. What I love most about the interior is that, even though it's been updated, the original wood and classic structure is still there.. The entire place makes you feel right at home. The view from the screened in porch is outstanding, with Cayuga Lake right in front of you. The back of the cottage is surrounded by beautiful forest with a trail that leads to a waterfall, that's rather magical. We were there for 3 nights but wished we cold have stayed longer! Hosts Randle and Branch were fantastic and easy to reach. What I will remember most about this place is the energy, both inside and out. It's like you can feel all the great experiences people have had here over the years. It is a place you will want to return to.

We loved our stay at Susan's Lakehouse! The house was exactly as described. It was spotless and had everything we needed for our week at the lake. The lake was lovely and we spent lots of time floating in it and sunning ourselves on the shore where there was ample seating for our group of 5. There were plenty of noodles in the waterfront shed and entry into the water (with water shoes) was easy and comfortable. There were also great outdoor spaces at the house for hanging out and dining. We had a great time playing cornhole on the ample lawn. Susan was responsive to every question and any small issue was addressed quickly and easily. We loved this stay so much that we have already reserved again for next summer.

The view is absolutely breathtaking. This is our second year returning to this location and we had such a great time from kayaking, paddle boarding, volleyball, utilizing the outdoor kitchen, having a fire, swimming to docking our boat. Daniel is an amazing host that is very responsive. We are looking forward to returning next year!

We truly enjoy the volleyball, paddle boards, kayaks, ability to dock our boat and an area for our kiddos to just run free. Daniel is extremely responsive and an amazing host. We stayed with Daniel & Renata over the 4th of July. It was such a great time. The property is right on the water. We docked our boat there. They had kayaks and a swim platform and a volleyball net set up. We used the grill one night. The fireplace another night. The place was clean and we were all able to fit comfortably. We were even able to check in early. The communication was quick and easy - one night there was rain forecasted and we asked if we could shelter our motorcycle in the game room and within a minute we got a response that it would be ok! Fabulous hosts and a great property. We look forward to coming back in the future!

The setting is peaceful and scenic, perfect for unwinding and enjoying time with family and friends. The house itself is spacious and well laid out, with multiple bedrooms and common areas that made it easy for our group to relax and spend quality time together. The kitchen was well-stocked, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made our stay more comfortable. The location is ideal — just a short drive from several excellent Finger Lakes wineries. We loved exploring the area and sampling local wines; there’s something for everyone, whether you’re into bold reds or crisp whites. The sunsets over the water were absolutely stunning, and the outdoor space was perfect for evening chats and fun. As a small suggestion, adding locks to the bathroom doors and a window screen in the main living area would help improve bring in fresh air & keep out insects. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would absolutely return for another relaxing gateway! Thank you so much.
