The place was super cozy, just as seen in the photos. Everything was very clean and tidy, you could see that they take care of every detail. The location is perfect: We were able to move around with ease and enjoy everything without hassle. Susana was charming from the beginning, super attentive and always willing to help. It allowed us to check in early and was also flexible with checkout, which was a great plus. You could see their genuine interest in us having a good experience. The house had everything you need for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, and communal spaces ideal for family sharing. I even had details we didn't expect, like cookies and coffee. My family and I had a very special time there, and we would definitely come back. 100% recommended

Karina and Ricardo are excellent hosts, they really helped us a lot, they are very friendly and flexible people. If I return to Arequipa I would definitely stay where they would stay again. The apartment is very comfortable, with good cleanliness and the perfect location since you have wineries, pharmacies and 2 malls very close by. It is 2 blocks from the crossroads of the Cayma and Ejército avenues that is a nerve point of Arequipa and as a pastel cherry the passage where the apartment is is super quiet and safe.

Great place to stay with a large family

The apartment is in a great location, very close to two different shopping centres, lots of restaurants and several supermarkets and maybe a 20 minute walk or a very short taxi/Uber ride to the historic centre of Arequipa. The neighbourhood is safe and the apartment is quiet, spacious and modern, the beds are comfortable, the shower had great hot water and everything was super clean. Victor is an awesome host, always ready to help with any issues or advice/tips and he's just a great guy in general. I would definitely recommend this place and will return without hesitation on my next visit to Arequipa.
