This unique place is a renovation of an old Kas village house with a 10 metre cedar wood balcony and is nestled in its own private garden with two patios, a hammock and lemon, orange, pomegranate, olive, and fig trees. With beautiful views of the sea and the Greek island it is perfectly located - the centre of town and local beaches are just a 5 minute walk away.

The last 100 meters of the road to the villa consists of a 20% incline. The terrace of our villa is not visible from the outside. There is no heating in our pool for the winter season. FYI

This lovely old stone house is private and peaceful and has a stunning glass mosaic roof pool with kitchen/fire pit/BBQ for watching the stars and eagles! It has stylish cool marble interiors with Turkish rugs, high spec shower rooms and a marble kitchen. It has a wood burner for winter and is suitable for guests who require privacy.
