Wonderful house, wide with all the utensils we need for everyday life, well-maintained outdoor area and with a very welcoming and pleasant environment.. Super recommend, you can rent with your eyes closed.

Days of Peace and coziness. We felt at home. Maria and the husband are extremely kind and helpful people. The accommodation brings us to the feeling of being home and at the same time on a farm. Bird sounds upon waking up and many beautiful places to visit. I recommend the stay. We will return whenever we have the opportunity.

The house is excellent, extremely cozy, the view of the horizon through the windows of the facade is very beautiful. The outdoor area is very complete, with all the necessary support for food, whatever it may be. It has a very nice grassy area and close to the pool, which in turn has a very nice waterfall. In addition to all the attributes of the house, Jessica is super friendly and helpful, she assisted us at all times we needed, giving all the necessary support.

Great space to enjoy a few days of rest, close to nature. The house is not in the centre of São Lourenço, but it is close by car, about 15 minutes. The environment was very clean, well-equipped kitchen, shower and warm blankets... Everything was great!

Spending New Year's Eve in Baependi at this cottage was a wonderful experience! For those who want to escape the city and enjoy a time of calm, silence and without people It's PERFECT! It's worth preparing well for travel because access is not so simple, especially if it's rainy days like the end of the year. We don't rent a 4x4 for example. But thanks to Viviane, we parked the car in a nearby neighborhood and for a service value, they took us to the location. Otherwise, we would have stayed halfway rs Viviane and her husband have saved us countless times, they were very amazing with us. They helped us all the time to make sure we had the best experience. They called their contacts to get more barbecue meat, we bought cheeses that she produces herself, lent galoshes for long walks in the mountains, gave precious tips on the trails, and even a walk to more distant waterfalls they organized for us. I leave here our thank you very much!! <3

Our stay was excellent. the place harmony is wonderful, the comfortable and smelling rooms, the common area ( living room/kitchen), where we ate the meals and spent the night playing was great, practical, perfect for a family like ours. The Heated Pool at the exit of the living room/kitchen was perfect for a dip on the tour. Sauna in the middle of nature, in addition to the animals of the place we had the pleasure of seeing several monkeys, toucan, many pets. The always-available hosts were impeccable throughout the stay. We take advantage of the location to go to several tourist cities near the Sítio.

Super recommend this place! The house is great, with privacy, close to everything, we did everything on foot easily, the host is extremely kind and was super helpful. The house is comfortable and just like the photos, we arrived and everything was very clean and fragrant, several blankets were provided. I recommend it and I'll stay there again for sure.
