Beachfront holiday rental in Cavite City

We had a truly wonderful stay at Jo’s Place – Blue Beach House in Lian! The property was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for our group. The interiors were charming and homey, with all the essentials provided—from comfortable beds and clean bathrooms to a well-equipped kitchen and cozy lounging areas. What made the experience extra special was the beach access just a few steps away. We enjoyed watching the sunset, taking morning walks, and having fun by the shore. The outdoor spaces were perfect for both relaxation and bonding time. Jo and the caretakers were incredibly accommodating, responsive, and kind. They made sure everything was in place and even checked in to ensure we were comfortable. Highly recommended for families, barkadas, or anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at Araya Beach Casas. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The villas are in excellent condition and amenities and equipment are well provided for. The beach was in front of the property, only a few steps from the villa.

House has this old, ancestral vibe. It is very spacious. Kahit magtakbo-takbo ung bata pwede. The rooms and bathrooms are spacious too. Medyo maalikabok lang ung tables inside when we arrived and ung floor pero understandable coz of location lalo na sa labas ng house is sand. Nakaseparate ung kitchen but very clean and halos lahat ng need mo andun. Even the ref is very clean. Medyo hassle lang kasi magkabilang dulo ung kitchen and dining pero they have a cart naman you can use to bring the food and stuff to and from the dining. Sophia is a very nice host. Very responsive. She didn’t get tired of answering my querries. Ate Anita was a great help too.

Just like all the reviews I have read before booking, the place was peaceful. This is exactly what we came for! The water is so still & clear, the place is not crowded even sa weekends ( & kaht maliit lang ang beach frontage), peaceful maybe because ang mga katabi ng place ay private beach houses, walang maiingay na karaoke, well mantained ang place, maraming puno, malinis na cr, pet friendly at hindi makati ang tubig ng dagat pag naliligo (may mga cute jellyfish pero harmless sila!). Although there are some hours that some guests from other resorts na mejo maiingay (dahil mukang enjoy na enjoy sila! hihi) passes by and naliligo din sa location. Note: May right of way passage going to the beach ang mga neighboorhood sa gilid ng resort. At past midnight, nakakabulabog at mejo maingay ang mga dogs pero i think they are like "bantay" sa resort. Overall, the place is very nice! Lalo na sa Sunset! worth coming back! i just hope mgkaroon ng airconditioned rooms for rent in the future!

The location gives a direct access to the beach. The house is perfect for our entire family. Although it was only a two-day stay, the children enjoyed so much and had a blast. Shachi communicated well and provided us heads -up about checking in. We recommend to anyone and would definitely return.

I booked this place for our company trip. Everyone had a great time and enjoyed using the amenities. Looking forward to bringing my family here next! :)

great place to stay in Pico. Room is good for 6. cooking amenities is good and complete. the water though feels weird when showering, takes like forever to rinse your body of soap. Pico de loro currently is doing renovations on the roads but it wont affect your stay. registration didn't took too long even though many visitors are coming due to long weekend.

Everything about our stay was truly enjoyable! The two things I appreciate the most is how complete the kitchen was and also the strong water pressure especially in the shower!

I enjoyed our stay and the accommodation was just right for the price. We enjoyed the internet WIFI and Nextflix. For future visitors, please note that you have to bring your own drinking water, toiletries, and bath towels. The pool and other amenities also come with a price. Still, thank you for hosting!

I booked this for a friend who had no place to stay in during the recent typhoon. The host was very understanding about it and have been nice even if the booking was for someone else. She is indeed responsive. The place is spic and span! loved it.

I am pleased to highly recommend Nancy's crib for your stay. Communication with Nancy was seamless and straightforward. I had no issues with the check-in process, as Levs, her agent, was incredibly accommodating and responsive. Whenever I needed assistance, they responded promptly and efficiently. I will definitely recommend this room to others. It is truly a rare find for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

sir aris's place was really good and the best ay yung sound system nya. It feels like home rin. The only problem that we had was the ilaw in the kitchen area but sir aris help us to fix the situation naman and he's very responsive naman. Suggetion lang na pede sigurong palitan ung style ng ilaw na yellow to something na medyo light. Yun lang in over all 10/10 talaga. Recommended sya especially kapag new year dahil sa city view feels

It was our First Staycation this year and Ms. Lynne and Ate Liza were kind, so professional and they are responsive. Although the guards were super strict, which i find is good kasi alam nyong safe talaga kayo sa place. The Unit 11/10, My family complimented everything from bathroom to balcony, They/We literally enjoyed our Stay. I'll definitely book this place again.

We had a great time staying at this property! The place was clean, beautiful, and just a few steps from the beach, which made everything super convenient. We really appreciated the kitchen equipment—it had a good array of utensils, pots, and pans that made cooking our meals easy, though a few of them could use a bit of updating. The beach itself was fantastic! The fine black sand was beautiful, and it wasn’t very rocky, which made swimming really enjoyable. Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay—highly recommended!

One of the best units at Pico de Loro that i stayed in. Host was very responsive and polite. The unit is spic and span and everything that we need is right there inside the unit. Definitely, worth the stay. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this place. The location is very close to the American Embassy. Tudz responds to my inquiries very quickly.

We loved Rey’s casa Charlene because it’s clean, peaceful, and looks better than the photos. It doesn’t look very impressive in photos but it’s actually bigger, with high ceilings and a loft-like second floor room. It’s good value for money because it can comfortably sleep 14 people. A family of 4 can sleep in one room, another family of 4 in another room, and as many as 6 people in the room upstairs. I love that you can swim in your own pool, they have cable tv, videoke, strong wifi, and a large android tv for watching youtube. The kitchen is simple but complete with a gas stove, microwave, pots and pans, hot and cold water dispenser, a refrigerator, and good quality plates and cutlery. Plus, dishwasking liquid and a new sponge. The 2 separate toilet and bathrooms are small and could use some updating, but they’re clean and the water pressure is very strong. We had a fantastic stay at Miranda A - 304! The unit was clean, spacious, and tastefully furnished—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It had everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds and a balcony with a nice view. The air conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The location within Pico de Loro was great—close to the Country Club and just a short walk to the beach. 5 stars – A Perfect Escape! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in Camaya Coast, Bataan! The unit was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very responsive and accommodating, making our stay hassle-free. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach and the resort amenities. We enjoyed the infinity pool, beach activities, and the scenic views. The place was peaceful, ideal for relaxing with family or friends. What made it even better was the convenience—there were restaurants and shops nearby, and the shuttle services around the resort were a big plus. Definitely worth the trip, and we’re already planning our next visit! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a beach getaway that combines comfort, nature, and fun!
