Monthly Rentals in Caversham

The property was perfect for what we needed for visiting friends in the area. Plenty of room for families with children. Unfortunately through no fault of Lyam’s the combi boiler decided to not give us hot water after one shower but Lyam organised British Gas to come out and this was fixed within hours of letting Lyam know and it didn’t effect any of our 6 day stay. Excellent communication and speedy to resolve issues. The residential street was quiet and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay.

5 star accommodation. look forward to staying again. Virgie's place is 5 star so much attention to detail. Great place to relax after work and very comfortable.

Lovely clean unit in a very nice area. Bed was very comfortable and shower was excellent. It’s not so easy to find and I had to drive past several times to locate the driveway which is extremely narrow and decided to park elsewhere. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels and supplies provided including soap, shampoo, shower gel and washing up liquid. Lots of lovely restaurants within walking distance and fabulous walks along the river which is only a few minutes away.

Thank you to our hosts for a really great stay in Reading. The old bakery was spacious, clean, private, and comfortable. The accommodation felt very safe and tranquil and was conveniently located in a great neighbourhood which was near to everything we wanted to see. The hosts were warm and made us feel welcome. If we were to visit again, we would like to stay at their place.
