Perfect Villa to stay in South Goa. The house is exactly as described and shown in the photos, fully loaded with all the amenities. The entire property was kept spick and span. I really appreciate the attention given to every detail of the house’s interiors. The caretakers were super attentive and always on their toes, ready to assist with anything that was requested for. Although the breakfast menu initially listed a single item, we were pleasantly suprised to be offered multiple options daily, with three dishes to choose from. The food was delicious, and the overall service was excellent. Naresh and Numa ensured prompt response to everything. I would rate this listing hosted by Rakesh a solid 5/5. Highly Recommended, whether you’re travelling with family or friends, go for it without a second thought.

I appreciate the thoughtfulness that went into putting this place together, every little detail has been taken care of and I have to say the place is better than what it looks in the pictures. I must also give a shout out to the staff for being proactive and responsive as needed. Cleanliness was top notch as it should be in any place so 5 star for that too. Overall, I have all the good things to say about this place and I certainly look forward to coming back with family and friends.

Our recent stay at this stunning villa in Goa was nothing short of magical. Nestled amidst lush greenery and just minutes away from the beach, the property offered the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and Goan charm. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and refreshing welcome drinks. The villa itself is beautifully designed – spacious interiors, tasteful decor, and an open layout that seamlessly connects indoor elegance with outdoor serenity. Each bedroom was immaculate, featuring plush beds, spotless bathrooms, and a private balcony overlooking the pool or garden. The private pool was a highlight – clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by palm trees that created a tropical haven. We spent hours lounging by the poolside, soaking in the sun, and enjoying the peace and quiet. Thanks to ishaan & siddhi❤️

The location of this villas is very nice. Every place that you would want to visit is approachable both towards north goa and south goa. We had a lovely stay here.

Amitabh is a fantastic host. He was avilable to assist is in our requirements and planning day trip. Although our trip was short, Anthony and his team were absolutely delightful to meet. Fabulously facility and great 5 star hospitality. We will be sure to visiting you again on our next trip.

Place was as pretty as the pictures were. The caretaker were helpful and always available. Felt just at home with very comfy stay. recommend this place to people looking for staycation. The road leading to villa is quite small and bumpy rest location is near to all the major spots in North Goa.

We LOVED staying here. The property is beautiful and the staff is some of the best in the business. They communicated with us prior to the reservation and helped make my partners birthday super memorable. They actually went the extra mile to decorate and get us a cake. There is always someone around to help and answer our questions. I have never had a stay this peaceful and stress free. The property is so beautiful and well decorated. Stay here for a vacation that will be one you will remember for ever.

Great place and very friendly host and staff. We were 11 adults and 2 kids and we had ample space to get together, have fun. The pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day. Very helpful host who took care of our needs. Very helpful staff. The cooks made delicious food and there were lots of choices. We will visit this place again. 30mins from the beaches and centrally located.

This was my second time stay with Ritwik's Villa and was as amazing as my first stay. Stay is so kind and professional 😊 Faby was so punctual and kept everything in tact for my family. excellent cleaning staff Special thanks to Akshat and Raveena for coordinating with me throughout my travel and also allowing my little pet to stay at the listing. Rifat was super responsive and supportive. We needed a few additional things for our baby and it was arranged at no cost. Beautiful property, neat and clean, caretaker was very helpful in getting things + cleaning. Both host and caretaker accomodated our late check in and check out. This would definitely be our go to place for next visit. If u r travelling during rainy season, keep some antiseptic creams in case of bug/insect bits specially if u have kids

it was the perfect place to spend one last trip of the batch of '25 before before we all go to different parts of the world. the place is seriously undersold and we absolutely loved it. the security bhaiya was the underrated gem of the place who helped me wheather it was late in the night or 8 am. the owner is v sweet and resuced us at 3 in the night because we locked our room door from inside. loved the pool and furniture, was comfortable to move around for all of our group to sit together. overall, this been a lengend- (wait for it) -ary trip and i couldn't recommend a place more than this. -graduating batch of '25 :)

Aesthetically done and beautiful old charm property. The heritage has been preserved and not dealt with much of modernisation of property to destroy the charm of the bungalow, however, all the modern day comforts are provided. The pool is spacious and private in true sense also it does not clutter the garden. Rohit has been a wonderful host. Caretakers are always at your service. Please ensure to ask Sumitra Didi to cook for you atleast one meal... Try Lunch. A wonderful place. Though a bit pricey but the courteousness and service makes up for it. All the best guys!!!! It was a wonderful stay.
