The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Lovely country villa in Bereguardo, located about 1 km from the center of the village in a green and quiet area, within the Ticino Lombard Park. Guests have access to the entire apartment on the upper floor of the villa, with a separate entrance. Suitable for families and friends, accommodates up to 5 people. Outside: swimming pool, garden and barbecue. 3 Bicycles available free of charge. The owners have 2 dogs in their private garden: Creed and Eja.

The Azalee

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
