Charming independent studio for 2 people in a small, quiet and green residence. Ideally located, less than 10 minutes from the seaside resort of Porticcio and its beaches, 15 minutes from the airport and 20 minutes from downtown Ajaccio. This single-story home has a private parking space right out front. Note No pets allowed. A car is essential to take advantage of our location. SFR and Bouygues networks have poor reception in the building.

The outdoor area offers a pool area with pool house consisting of a fully equipped kitchen (with TV and pizza oven) as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower. A pétanque court runs along the house.
